MINT - Modern apartment in the heart of Chalandri

Pros: The apartment is immaculate. Very beautiful, in quiet neighbourhood, all amenities, bathroom very spacious and nice.

Cons: It is a quiet neighbourhood which means it is quite a walk to the bus and metro.

Almost excellent !

Pros: This apartment is recently renovated and provides many amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has satellite TV. It has air conditioning and heating, hot water and parking. It is clean (5 stars). The location is good as it is close to the city center of Chalandri and is located at a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Regarding the bedroom, we would have preferred dark curtains and a softer mattress. The mattress was basically hard and the pillows extremely soft. It is a very bright apartment which is very nice, but this could be a problem if someone prefers darkness to sleep for many hours. Apart from that it is quite and cοsy.

Beautiful, modern apartment in Chalandri

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Chalandri. Modern furniture, kitchen and living room very light and spacious and lovely balcony area. Equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The host Rafael was very welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% recommend.

Pros: This apartment is exactly the same as the photos down a lovely quiet street in the charming area of Chalandri. Safe and secure with all the facilities as described. Iron hairdryer washing machine Netflix and full cooking facilities. We really enjoyed the stroll into Chalandri to enjoy the restaurants and bars and just at the end of the street there was a supermarket and bakery which was really great. Raf the host is wonderful!! super friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble for him and always on hand if we needed him just a message away. If we return to Athens we will definitely re book to stay here again a little home from home :-)

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Pros: Apartment is all described and more. Property is immaculate and nestled in lovely upscale Chalandri. Neighborhood is very safe and quaint. Dining, shopping, and leisure facilities are within walking distance, and the apartment is in close proximity to the heartbeat of Athens. Rafeal is an unrivaled host, extremely personable, accommodating, and goes above and beyond to create an exceptional stay. After many canceled flights and 2:00 a.m. arrival to the apartment, Rafael warmly welcomed us and ensured we were settled and satisfied. The apartment is gorgeous and spacious...simply flawless, every amenity needed is there, and the stay was so cozy, we did not want to leave. Incredible rates for such elaborate lodging. I recommend this property and host.
