Pros: The landlord is very warm and understanding. The internal facilities are complete and it is a very convenient place to live when traveling for business.

Great spot with all the amenities required for an extended stay!

Pros: The apartment was clean and easily accessible with all the amenities we'd require for an extended stay (washer/dryer, kitchen, a/c, etc.). The host was friendly and met us when we arrived to provide us the key to the unit. Would stay here again.

Very nice, fully-equipped apartment.

Pros: It is a very well equipped and quite spacious apartment. It is actually a separate house with a nice and quiet neighborhood, but in walking distance to Chalandri town center. There are restaurants andvshops nearby. Fresh fruits on the table were a nice gesture from the host.

Cons: It is not very well communicated with the city center of Athens. There is no easy access to the metro. You have to use busses, and change on the way, or a cab. There is not too much light in the apartment, which actually might be an advantage in the summertime. The bathroom could be a bit more spacious.

Highly recommend this cozy place!

Pros: Amazing host - Ilias is very hospitable along with his wonderful family. Really liked the location as it is very near to the center of Halandri with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Pros: Το σπίτι είναι πάρα πολύ άνετο και οργανωμένο έχει τα πάντα.Ο κ.Ηλιας ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος αλλά και ο κ Θεόκλητος πολύ φιλόξενος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
