Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities.

Cons: I didn't had hot water. It was probably written somewhere how to turn on the water heater but I didn't find it.

Fantastic, we was here for 9 days and it really felt like a home from home. We didn’t want to leave.

Pros: This place has everything you could need for a short or long stay. It feels like a home from home instantly. Excellent facilities throughout the apartment and easy to follow instructions upon arrival. Great location just a short walk away from some fantastic bars and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 5 to 10 minutes to nearest bus stops depending on which way you’re heading. All very reliable services to the centre of Athens and beyond.

Pros: Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα καθαρό ήσυχη γειτονιά δεν του λείπει τίποτα

Cons: Θα μπορούσε να έχει καινούργια έπιπλα όπως έναν καναπέ και μια τραπεζαρία διότι αυτά που έχει είναι πολύ παλιά

Gerne wär ich noch geblieben

Pros: So viel Ruhe die ich geniesen konnte, Ich habe mich so sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, um es sich gemütlich zu machen, gerade bei dem Regen dieser Tage. Ringsum konnte man aus Fenstern schauen, Balkon und Terrasse. Von der Couch aus auf den Baum blicken und in kürzester Zeit unzählige verschiedene Vögel beobachten. Im Bett habe ich großartig geschlafen. Ich war schon sehr oft in Athen, aber diese Unterkunft war bisher die Beste, optimal für meinen Aufenthaltgrund. In der Küche ist alles da, um nicht aus dem Hauszu müssen. Einkaufen ist Fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Antonis antwortet immer sofort und sehr Freundschaftlich, total unkompliziert. Ausserdem fühlte ich mich mit samt der Ausstattung sehr sicher. Ich hoffe, wieder einmal die Chance zu haben, in dieser Wohnung zu verweilen. Danke Antonis ❤️👌👍🌞

Cons: Hätte gerne früher ankommen dürfen, oder wenigsten das Gepäck früher abgestellt. Vermutlich wäre das auch gegangen, hab ich selbst aber so nicht kommuniziert. Klappt vielleicht beim nächsten Mal 🙌

An excellent value but best if you have a vehicle.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and it had a nice balcony overlooking the street below as well as a separate outdoor seating area off of the kitchen. The unit also had a washing machine though I did not use it. The kitchen was well appointed. I would have preferred not having the satin sheets as they had a cheap feel to them.The host was very friendly and helpful. The street parking was adequate. The location in a residential neighborhood was fairly quiet except for the early morning except when the children arrived to the school across the street and not too far from the main restaurant/shopping area of downtown Chalandri. The price for my stay was extremely reasonable.

Cons: If you are traveling with heavy suitcases the number of steps to reach the unit from street level is very challenging. To his credit the host helped me take my bags to my vehicle when I departed.

Pros: Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο σε καλή περιοχή πεντακάθαρο μέσα και είχε πολλές παροχές σίγουρα θα το ξανά επέλεγα!

Falls ich wieder nach Athen komme, werde ich die Unterkunft wenn möglich wieder buchen.

Pros: Es war eine Buchung in letzter Minute bereits während der Anreise. Es funktionierte problemlos, und die Ankunft war eine sehr positive Überraschung: Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Ich wäre gern länger geblieben als nur für den business trip. :)

Pros: Πολύ καλή περιοχή, άνετο και αρκετά μεγάλο διαμέρισμα. Καθαρό και με πολλές παροχές. Ο κύριος Αντώνης πολύ εξυπηρετικός .

Cons: Έκαναν εργασίες νωρίς το πρωί στην ταράτσα του σπιτιού.

Pros: Ολόκληρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά με δένδρα και άνετο χώρο απέξω για παρκάρισμα. Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο, ο ιδιοκτήτης ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως όταν στείλαμε μήνυμα όλες τις φορές. Εχει αρκετά σκαλιά, λίγο απότομα για να ανέβεις.
