Aptly named Central Comfy Modern Flat

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like the photos, both modern and comfortable. It is immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything you will need. It has good wifi and Netflix. The host met us upon arrival and sent a daily message to check on us. I loved the location, close to the metro and the second bathroom was great.

Pros: Fairly new and modern. Availability of Netflix New Washing machine. Air con in each room was very effective. 2 bathrooms Decor A TV in each room Good communication with host Lots of lighting/lamps New kitchen Balcony

Cons: Showers were a little mouldy. Duvet needs updating as well as bed sheets to crisp white sheets. Area is full of graffiti and closed stores. Only 1 key provided so smoking husband developed cabin fever. Daughter complained about hardness of mattress. Lack of natural light in apartment. Needed a lick of paint to complete the renovated look.

Ár/érték arányában megérte, és a szallásadó is kedves volt.

Pros: Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, és az is jól jött, hogy volt alternatív melegvíz forrás. Kulcs lehetne több is, ha nem együtt jönne-menne mindenki, aki a szállást használja. Ágyanként egyet javasolnék.

Cons: Nagyon hallani lehetett, mi történik az utcán és a házban is, és éjszaka nem volt pihentető az alvás. Csapkodások, nyikorgások, meg az utca zaja :(

Pros: Ho soggiornato ad Atene per pochi giorni con le mie amiche. La signora Youla è stata stra disponibile nei nostri confronti. Consiglio la sua struttura, per la posizione centrale ma soprattutto per la pulizia e la cordialità di Youla. Appartamento esattamente come in foto, molto grazioso e soprattutto dispone di due bagni e ogni area ha l'aria condizionata. Nota a favore della proprietaria, oltre alla sua gentilezza è proprio una bella persona, ci ha consigliato posti tipici per mangiare ma soprattutto sempre affidabile e disponibile nel momento in cui chiedevamo informazioni su luoghi e ristoranti. Ritorneremo senza dubbio!

Schönes, gut gelegenes Appartement

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Es war sauber und verfügt über alles was man für ein paar Tage in Athen benötigt. Es ist alles wichtige wie Metro Station, Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons: Das eine Schlafzimmer ging zur Straße raus und am Wochenende kann es hier Nachts schonmal etwas lauter sein. Leider gab es nur in einem Schlafzimmer einen Kleiderschrank. In dem anderen ist nur ein offener Schrank in den man aber nichts hängen kann. Da hätten wir uns in beiden Zimmern einen richten Schrank gewünscht.

Pros: L'appartement est joliment décoré avec un très bon goût actuel et puis propre. Il y a Netflix. Il y a une télé et une clim dans chaque chambre. On a passé un agréable séjour avec confort. Tout était parfait.

Cons: Un petit peu loin du centre ville mais ça nous a permis de découvrir un autre quartier autour de l'appartement donc ce n'est pas un point négatif.
