Koukaki garden escape child friendly apartment

Decent place, but not great

Pros: Koukaki is always nice. The appt had enough space.

Cons: Appt is very dark. Beds very basic.

Recommend it for a family stay

Pros: Location was great. Good living and dining space. Host was very responsive and helpful. nice eating places and markets in the vicinity yet the apartment was quiet. Nice backyard to sit in

Cons: Some more free space in cupboards would have been helpful.

Nice for a family city break in Athens

Pros: Fabulous location, very near to Acropolis and metro station, with the best parking in the city (just 8EUR/day). Supermarket just around the corner, plenty of restaurants, ice creams, shops. Fully furnished kitchen (even with long lasting food, like olive oil, etc), nice eating area in the garden. Electrically controlled window blinds. Almost no noise from the street. Hosts responding very fast on whatsapp.

Cons: The beamer cable was broken. The smoke alarm activated every time we cooked. Plenty of ants in the bathroom. Asking the guests to throw out the garbage. Low noise insulation between the rooms.

Perfect location and a spacious place to stay.

Pros: The location was perfect, outside the most touristy areas but still just a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis and a metro station. Plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants within a short walk of the place, and a supermarket just at the end of the street which was very convenient. Apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: Some of the cutlery, plates etc weren't fully clean so we had to wash them again. The double room has an adjoining shower with a hole in the wall for ventilation into the main bathroom, but the door was glass so light and noise came in if anyone went to the bathroom at night.

Pros: Tilava asunto, erinomainen sijainti Akropolin vieressä. Lapselle asunnossa monenlaista tekemistä. Kun on viisi ihmistä, yksi vessa liian vähän. Onneksi oli kaksi suihkua.

Cons: Vastaanotto oli hyvin kiireinen, siitä jäi paha maku.

Pros: Communication with the owner was great. They were at the place when we arrived. Location was amazing.

Cons: Everything was great, except the refrigerator wasn't working which made it difficult in really high weather temperatures. The owners were super responsive and tried helping, but it didn't work out

A well-equipped apartment with two gardens that will enhance your stay in Athens.

Pros: The apartment is spacious. The two gardens are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As cat lovers, we were very happy to have their company :) The apartment is well-equipped with complete facilities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, a shower and a bath and more. We prepared and enjoyed family meals in the modern kitchen and did our laundry. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We had a small ant problem when we first checked in, but the staff responded very quickly and solved the issue for us. We had a really good time.

Cons: The bathroom and shower room are a bit moldy. It would be helpful if the ventilation system worked a bit better. The washing machine is a bit jumpy when spinning. Other than these small issues, the experience was nearly perfect.

We really liked the property and would definitely use it again.

Pros: The location and the size. The apartment was large and very clean.

Cons: There was a small leak in one of the bathrooms so there was constantly a little water on the floor.

Большая квартира с парковкой в центре

Pros: Большая квартира, в центре, но в очень тихом месте. 2 спальни, большая кухня со всем необходимым и с посудомоечной машиной, 2 террасы. Удобная ванная комната с туалетом и дополнительный душ в спальне родителей, что очень удобно ( жаль только что со стеклянной дверью), стиральная машина с опцией сушки. Парковка в доме была занята, но нам предоставили парковку совсем рядом. Очень приятный персонал, нас встретили и все обьяснили.

Cons: 1 туалет на такую большую квартиру, в общем было чисто, но диваны и стулья на кухне были с пятнами.
