Pros: The location is excellent and its a spacious apartment- very well kept and clean. A quiet area in a bustling neighbourhood. Fantastic cafes, restaurants, bakeries and bars including supermarkets are all within walking distance..

Cons: Unfortunately my original iphone charger was left behind and never returned- it was not found by the cleaners. I had reported it as soon as i checked out including the exact location - having left the keys in the apartment i could not gain access to take my charger. I was assured that it would be returned once the cleaners attended to the apartment however this was not the case. Keys must be collected in person - it would be more convenient with access to keys via a lock box . passcode especially if running late. etc

Perfetto appartamentino in zona centrale di Atene

Pros: Posizione comoda, a una ventina di minuti a piedi da piazza Syntagma. Pangrati, il quartiere, è ricco di locali, bar e ristoranti. Inoltre l appartamento è alle spalle del meraviglioso museo Fondazione Goulandris, raccolta privata di incredibili opere d’arte, oltre ad essere molto vicino allo stadio Kallimarmaro. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno breve. Forse qualche appoggio in piu in bagno potrebbe essere utile. Peccato per il pavimento bellissimo in parquet di legno che è tutto rovinato dalla pittura con cui hanno imbiancato. Una sistemata lo renderebbe piu curato. Le prese elettriche sembrano tutte da registrare, se si toglie la spina la sensazione è che venga via la presa dal muro. Buoni gli infissi; sebbene l’appartamento sia al primo piano non si sentono i rumori delle macchine che passano. Materasso ottimo, dotato anche di eccellente topper. Perfetta l’accoglienza, il Sig Hanni davvero gentile e disponibile.

Confort e relax assieme!

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, pulito e confortevole situato in una zona tranquilla a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Atene. La fermata dell'autobus numero 11, che porta al centro città, è a 50 metri.

Cons: Niente. Ci tornerei volentieri in futuro!
