Pros: The apartment Demeter is as promised, rooms and beds are comfortable, two full bathrooms, with toiletries. Kitchen is small but very usable. enough storage, safes in the rooms. ironing board and machine. possibility of laundry.The apartment is a bit out of city centre, on map it looks like you can walk through the park, but park is fenced in and closed by dark.
Cons: The kitchen need new utensils. would be nice to have two sets of keys.

Pros: Location, size and numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's perfect for bigger group of the people.
Cons: It's the 4th floor, and the elevator only holds two people. For us, it was fine because we're strong enough, but a large group of elderly people might have to wait for the elevator several times. But the fact that the elevator is available is fine.

Pros: The location was perfect with many shops/cafes/ restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and the staff really helpful. There was also proper heating, even if it wasn't so cold in Athens, it's always nice to have.
Cons: When we arrived there wasn't any toilet paper. I understand it's an apartment and not a hotel, but they could provide at least one roll of toilet paper.

Perfect apartment to visit Athens
Pros: The apartment is very nice and spacious, perfect for a city trip. The manager Eva was very nice and helpful, we had some minor issues and she quickly arranged the repair. In overall fully recommended.
Cons: There was a broken shower handle, yet again they repaired it quickly.

Pros: Perfect location-very central place , but on a quiet street-metro station and bus stops nearby. We stayed in Rhea appartment - it's freshly renovated with fully -equipped kitchen and bathroom , beautuful decorated and comfortable living room and bedroom (2 TV sets) . Also we could check in much earlier than 15:00 , many thanks for preparing the room so early ! Overall, very clean and cozy place . we rea;lly enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended !

Location, Amenities, Internet, Heating, AC - all great! Extra bed is not suitable for sleep.
Pros: Great location, big apartment with all the amenities you need. The internet connection is great, and the heating/AC is also great. The classic bed was very comfy!
Cons: The extra bed is very bad. Open or closed, either way is bad, you wake up numb. Owners should improve this in order to have 10/10 reviews.
