Pleasant stay

Pros: A very modern 1-bedroom flat located in a safe neighborhood. The building has an old-fashioned elevator. Transport links are excellent: it’s an 11-minute walk to Evangelismos Metro Station, 20 minutes to Syntagma, and 30 minutes to the Acropolis ticket office. Lycabettus Hill is within easy walking distance for hiking. The area is full of life, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. Several mini-marts are within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient for everyday needs.

Cons: Check-in and check-out were a bit tricky, as the building doesn’t have a keypad. I received instructions on entering at the last minute, which was a little stressful after a long flight and train journey with low battery. The flat could benefit from a bit more attention before arrival—some items from previous guests were left behind. Towels provided were limited (1 bath towel, 2 face towels, 1 hand towel) for a 7-night stay. The laundry dryer is attached to the balcony cabinet by a string, and it wasn’t entirely clear if it’s for guest use. There’s no cleaning service during the week, so I recommend bringing your own slippers and laundry detergent. The street itself is quiet, but there was some noise from the floor below around 11 PM–1 AM, including cooking and conversation—you can hear it from the bed.

Pros: The Sunny Terrace of Athens is a true gem! The apartment is spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the city, making it the ideal spot to unwind. The location is perfect—close to attractions and great dining options. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Pros: Really nice and clean apartment. Very well located in a walking distance from Acropolis and other interesting sights. Well equipped with all you need for your stay.

Perfect location, convenient area close to all the major tourist sites and very safe

Pros: The host, Lida, is fantastic. The location of the flat is extremely convenient and an almost straight shot from the airport. It's in a nice area with lots of restaurants and coffee bars as well as groceries. There is good internet access.

Cons: All Athens, not just this flat, does not allow toilet tissue to be flushed down the toilet. This is a country-wide restriction. It would be nice if there was a holder at overhead height for the telephone shower, but that's a minor issue.

Outstanding stay in Athens.

Pros: We absolutely loved everything!!! The apartment is beautifully renovated and very well maintained. The terrace is a fantastic outdoor space for relaxing in the sun. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is well soundproofed and very quiet despite being so centrally located. It was very clean, and homely. The host was very helpful and responsive. We were sad to leave this place, and wished we could have booked it for a longer stay. Highly recommend!!

Very cozy appartment, great location in an amazing city 😊😊

Pros: Just perfect location, exactlly for what we were looking for!!! Great spot, very cosy and lical neighbrhood. Close to the metro station M3, very convenian to get thhere from the airport and easy ti get to the Pireus port as well! Also walking distance to all the amazing athens highlights!!! And amazing host Lida, very helpgull and friendly. Highly recomanded, next time in Athens I would love to come back!!!

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Our host had provided comprehensive information regarding restaurants, trips to take, emergency information and provided us with delicious coffee and water on our arrival. Lida was extremely accommodating and so helpful in every respect. We highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed. The location was perfect for visiting the Panathenaia Stadium, the Acropolis and close to all the historical sites and the central Syntagma Square. We had a wonderful time!! Thank You Lida and also thanks to your mother.

Pros: Pour commencer j'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil et les conseils de Lida, elle a toujours été réactive et très bienveillante envers nous. L'appartement est intégralement rénové et de très bonne facture, il est super bien équipé la literie est excellente, et la terrasse est vraiment très agréable. Le quartier est chouette il y a restaurant, bar, boulangerie, supermarché le tout à côté c'est très bien situé. Le métro est à peine 10 minutes et nous emmène en quelques minutes à l'Acropole. Lida merci beaucoup vous avez été une hôte incroyable il est certain que si nous revenons à Athènes c'est chez vous que nous logerons.

Bel appartement que nous recommandons pour visiter Athènes

Pros: L’emplacement proche du métro et du centre-ville. La luminosité de l’appartement et sa grande terrasse. L’accueil de Lida très gentille et à l’écoute. Appartement moderne et refait à neuf très agréable. Ascenseur pour monter au cinquième étage. Mise à disposition de tout le linge très appréciable.

Cons: La petite taille de la salle de bain avec un lavabo qui est plutôt un lave main, mais moderne. La dureté du matelas très inconfortable à mon goût.
