4 night half term in Athens
Pros: Bed was really comfy, flat was warm, spacious, well equipped. Location is amazing. Wifi was great. Bougatsa Bay across the road does fantastic breakfasts!
Cons: There is a building site next door. They started at 0830. Didn't bother us though as we were out and about all day.

Brilliant price & location, we would recommend staying at this property.
Pros: The location was really central, close to local facilities & ideal for all sites of interest. The apartment was comfortable & well stocked with supplies (towels, blankets, toiletries, cleaning products) & appliances (toaster, kettle, washing machine,etc).
Cons: The bathroom. There was no shower curtain & therefore the whole bathroom got wet after a shower. This was quite dangerous as it was very slippery. The toilet flush cistern needs to be manually adjusted or the toilet would keeps filling non stop after each flush. Other little niggles were there was no plug for the sink & the washing machine wouldn’t spin dry properly & one balcony light didn’t work.

Well-equipped and comfortable apartment
Pros: The apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable, ensuring you won't miss a thing. Communication with the flat owner was excellent; he was very responsive, understanding, and ready to help at any time. The location is very close to the city center, metro, and bus stations.
Cons: Next to the apartment building, there was new building construction, and the workers started their job at 7 a.m. Since the bedroom was right next to the construction site, it was hard to enjoy quiet mornings.

Pros: The location is amazing, close to the centre without the crowds. Lots of amenities close by - for breakfast, for securing your luggage, etc. The apartment is clean and comfortable, as well as the beds and pillows. They left complimentary water in the fridge, which is great after being outside
Cons: There were works in the building starting at 7h30 am :( Other than that, the stay was nice.

Very nice apartment and very close to the center
Pros: The apartment is very spacious and in an amazing location! We were able to walk everywhere so we appreciated that a lot! The apartment itself is comfy and we felt good all along.
Cons: The only thing people who rent it should take into consideration is that right under the apartment there is a bar and it can be noisy. I always travel with earbuds so I never have this issue and maybe it was noisier for us as it was Friday/Saturday night.

Pros: Хорошее расположение, недалеко от Акрополя. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Две отдельные комнаты, одна из которых с диваном и креслом-качалкой. Кухня маленькая, но в ней есть все необходимое из техники (плита, микроволновка, чайник, бутербродница, кофеварка и т.д.). Большой балкон, на котором приятно выпить кофеек утром или пиво вечером.
Cons: Рядом строится дом. Такой же как и этот. И где-то с 7:30 утра начинается соответствующие звуки стройки и ремонта. Если вы чувствительны к шумам, но это может быть для вас проблемой. Кстати, в воскресенье, шума от стройки не было. Под квартирой находится бар, поэтому где-то до 1 часа ночи вас тоже могут беспокоить шум. Лично меня он не особо тревожил. Ванная комната, тут есть несколько моментов: дверь, которая если ее закрывать (не на замок, замка там попросту нет), но она всегда заедает и требуется от нескольких до пары десятков секунд чтоб ее открыть. Вода в унитазе набирается всегда, без остановки (видимо механизм в бачке неисправен, и не понимает что можно прекратить набирать воду), соответственно всегда присутствует звук набирающей в бачке воды, если конечно не перекрывать воду вручную. И низкие потолки в ванной комнате (потому что над ней построили кладовку) может тоже вызвать неудобство как минимум при принятии душа.
