A comfortable stay in a great location.

Pros: The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the Acropolis and reasonably priced. The apartment was spotlessly clean as were the linen and towels provided. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower worked well and the washing machine was a potential bonus. Basically it had everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.

Cons: There was occasional noise from the building work next door but only in the daytime and we were mostly out then.

Pros: Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, metro, and walkable to the Acropolis, yet removed enough to avoid tourist noise. The apartment is compact but well-designed, with everything functioning as expected. Good water pressure, stable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. A solid choice for a short stay in Athens.

Pros: Very good location, comfortable bedroom, very kind manager (he allowed me to enter the apartment 3 hours before the official check-in hour)

Extremely good location

Pros: - the location was really good as it is near the acropolis and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets are in the area. - No noise at all, so sleeping was very good. However, during the day there was some constructions nearby but it was not that bad. - for showering the hot water might not be enough for two people going to shower one after another. I believe it is because we came in the coldest time of the year but in summer I do not think you would need hot water for showering or at least that much.

Pros: Ήταν πεντακάθαρα! Ησυχο εσωτερικό διαμέρισμα, πλήρης εξοπλισμός, πολύ βολικό σημείο.

Cons: Δε μπορώ να βρω κάτι από το διαμέρισμα που πραγματικά δε μου άρεσε. Το μόνο (προσωρινό) πρόβλημα είναι οτι ακριβώς δίπλα χτίζεται οικοδομή κάτι που συνεπάγεται φασαρία το πρωί, οπότε αν κάποιος θέλει να ξυπνήσει λίγο πιο αργά ίσως να έχει ενοχληθεί.

Pros: L'amabilitat de l'Avi, que ha estat pendent de la nostra arribada i de la nostra comoditat a l'apartament. Era un apartament molt silenciós, fins i tot tenint en compte l'època de l'any (Cap d'Any). El llit era gran i còmode.

Cons: Hi havia Internet, però l'aparell fallava a sovint i hi havies d'estar al cas que no s'apagara. Quan no s'apagava, funcionava bé.

Fantastic location and a great place to stay

Pros: You could not ask for a better location. Everything is in walking distance and it is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes. Loved that there was a washing machine.

Cons: Greece has a different way of approaching plumbing. The bathroom would occasional get an odor but eventually it would go away. Everyplace we visited in Greece was the same issue.

Donde la comodidad se encuentra con la mejor ubicación

Pros: Excelente ubicación, todo muy cerca, de fácil acceso. Con lo necesario para preparar desayuno o lo que necesites.

Cons: Están construyendo al lado del balcón y si estas en el día es molesto el ruido, pero esto depende de los anfitriones.

Apartament funcional molt ben ubicat.

Pros: És un apartament petit i funcional en un edifici d'habitatges del centre d'Atenes. Tot funcionava correctament i estava bastant ben cuidat. El balcó no és cap meravella perquè dóna a l'interior d'una illa de cases que és un autèntic desastre: una mena d'abocador de runes. Si fos perfecte, seria molt més car, atès que la ubicació de l'apartament és realment bona: al costat de l'intercanviador de transport públic FIX, amb restaurants i cafeteries a prop, i a 20 minuts caminant de Plaka. El propietari o persona de contacte és molt eficient en la comunicació i van ser flexibles amb mi perquè em van facilitar l'entrada abans d'hora.

Cons: Es podria millorar una mica alguns aspectes de la neteja de la cuina, però res greu.
