I’d recommend to choose this flat if you want to combine spending time by the sea and the city.

Pros: The flat is in a lovely neighbourhood close to the sea and easy to get to the airport and any other are in the city. It is a really fantastic apartment, very clean, spacious and light. People in the building are also nice and it is very quiet and safe.

Pros: Absolutely everything was perfect! The apartment and the neighborhood! It is located close to the sea and in a really beautiful area of Athens. Everything was clean and great! The building is also very clean and well maintained. You can find parking in front of the building or a little bit down the street at any time. Ryan is especially nice and polite host. If you're looking for a perfect apartment in Athens, look no further, this is it!

Pros: Ήταν ένα πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα.είχε πολύ ωραία κρεβάτια και παπλώματα.εβρισκες άνετα πάρκινγκ έξω από το διαμέρισμα.όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Pros: Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο ανετο,καθαρό με πληθώρα κουζινικων,σίδερο, σιδερωστρα,φούρνο,κεραμική εστία μέχρι και πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων. Δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ και δεν έχω δει κάτι καλύτερο τόσα χρόνια που νοικιάζουμε ανά την Ελλάδα

Idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi

Pros: Nowoczesny apartament z dwoma tarasami. Przed wylotem otrzymaliśmy pomocne informacje odnośnie zameldowania. Dużym plusem jest YouTube bez reklam, co w przypadku dzieci bardzo pomaga. Apartament jest niedaleko plaży, tuż obok znajduje się przystanek autobusowy do centrum oraz sklep czynny całą dobę. Nie słychać samochodów, bo jest to boczna ulica jednokierunkowa.

Cons: Ciężko coś takiego znaleźć. Może jedynie dziwne zamki w drzwiach, które trudno otworzyć za pierwszym razem, ale to chyba Grecka specyfika. Szkoda, że nie ma kuchenki mikrofalowej.

Pros: Realmente me gustó todo de este apartamento, decoración, comodidad, limpieza, ubicación. No dudaría en volver a reservar de nuevo. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa.
