Pros: Amazing apartment. Everything was perfect. Very clean, beautiful smell of towels. Few minutes by walk to the sea. In the area there are everything shop, restaurant, pharmacy, bus and tram station. Host was very friendly and helpful. I recomend this palce for 1000%! :)

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here the accommodation was very clean and spacious and is walking distance to everything you need. Nana was the most wonderful and generous host and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again if in Athens again :)

Very nice stay in this beatiful apt.
Pros: The apartment was very well equiped. Everything you need and more was there. Even Coffee,tea, shampoo and more were provided. It was very clean and nicely decorated,it felt just like a home.The terac3 was spacious, in the front is the sea and if you look around the corner you can even see the Acropolis The beach is about 5 min.walk. Shops, the lovely harbour and restaurants are nearby too. Nana is the best hostess you can image and will provide you the best adresses in the neighbourhood.From Palaio Faliro it is easy to visit the highlights of Athens, and frankly, we were happy to come to this home after a visit to crowded Athens. I would stay here again

Such a wonderful stay!
Pros: A very beautiful studio apartment with fantastic decor and outstanding views. Fridge and cupboards filled with breakfast treats, snacks, coffee. Very good Nespresso machine. Kitchenware, appliances, smart TV.. It felt like home! Nana has been an exceptional host, always there where we needed her. It is rare to be treated with such kindness and we are so grateful for it. We will definitely be back!

Pros: We are generally satisfied with the apartment. The hosts were friendly, they welcomed us very well. We found the apartment easily. There was coffee, tea, bottled water, etc. in the apartment, which is very nice. The hosts also allowed us to check in early and check out late. Quiet nice neighborhood. There was bakery, fruit and grocery store near the apartment. The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Cons: The bathroom was small, although it didn't bother us. It would be nice if they add washing machine, especially for long stays it can be helpful.

Pros: I had an amazing time at this studio! The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had everything prepared for us, and we didn’t miss a thing. Additionally, they provided us with plenty of suggestions for fun activities and great restaurants in the area. We will definitely come back here again!

Would really recommend, it did the job for us and we had a great stay!
Pros: We picked this place for a little beach Holiday. Edem beach is a 10 min walk down and has beds etc, the tram stop is also there to get to Alimos beach which is also nice, location really good & lots of places to eat around it. There is another tram stop about 5 mins away to get up to Plaka, we did this one night and took around 25 mins. A bakery is about 2 min walk away and super cheap. Enough supermarkets around us, it was exactly what we needed. The hosts were there to greet you and they sent lots of recommendations over which was a great help. I would defo stay here again, apartment was really clean, the facilities are great, the fridge was stocked with little bits that kept us going (the cherries were amazing!) the balcony is gorgeous. I stayed one night on my own as my sister got an earlier flight and I felt so safe as no one can get into the building with out key access. Honestly loved it and a gorgeous part of Greece!
Cons: Maybe more options on the TV like netflix etc just for before bed or whilst getting ready but not a major issue!
