Apartment near the Beach

Good value for money.

Pros: Standard city area. 200m from beach. Close to shops. Appartment is really big an you have enough space. Builiding is older so floors are wooden and you hear every step also from neighbours. i would exchange matteraces/bed since its too soft, but it's my subjective opinion.

Cons: Challenge to park the car in the street. Too few spots for parking, you need to drive around lot to find free one.

Pros: Apartement was very good . Apart from the apartment Vasilis the host is super cooperative and kind person , he was always available . Very helpfull and supportive. As if he seats with his whatsapp to answer the guests needs really good host .

Pros: The communication from the host was great. The apartment was large & tasteful. Attention to detail leaving nessasary & essential items available really impressed us.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this place! The neighborhood is one of the best in Athens and just a two-minute walk from the sea. The apartment is huge, beautiful, and very clean. The beds were perfect for truly resting, and there was always hot water. It’s an elegant and comfortable place that feels like a real home. I will definitely come back! This has become my favorite spot ❤️

Pros: Good location, clean and big apartment, good connection to the city with bus and tram and to the beach as well.

Pros: Very spacious apartment with some cute antique furniture and fittings. Balcony overlooking a lovely tree lined quiet street.

Cons: A dishwasher would have been a really good asset for me but it didn’t detract from a great stay

Pros: Good location 5 minutes walk to beach. Bakery and supermarket very close by. Great tram system 5 minutes walk. Could access Athens centre by tram 20 minutes, Great restaurants and taverns close by..Access pireus in 20 minutes also if taking a fetrry Choice of 4 small unspoilt beaches within 5 minutes walk from apartment. Good value for money with very comfortable beds. Host eay to contact and very helpful.

Cons: Couldnt open Shutter in one bedroom

Pros: -Close to the beach -Perfect connection to the Airport or city center -Air conditioning -A lot of space

Pros: Spacious accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Well located for beach and tram to centre. Friendly supermarket and cafe nearby and also a nice local restaurant. Comms with owner very good. Very pleased we chose this property. In

Cons: Some minor maintenance needed with bedside lamps, toilet roll holder but everything else very good. WiFi signal needs a boost in some parts.
