Beautiful apartment near the sea with an amazing terrace

Pros: Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautifully equipped with great attention to every detail — you can really feel the care that has gone into making guests comfortable. A special thank you to the wonderful host, Elisa, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you might need, and the fantastic terrace was one of our favorite spots to relax. The location is also amazing — just a 5-minute walk from the sea, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay near the sea.

Pros: Spacious apartments - clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Even better in real life than in the pictures! The balcony is amazing, decorated with plants, and was ideal for the cozy evening coffee gathering after the beach. The host provided absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: cutlery, cups, an iron, a coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, and much more. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail and preparation. The host, Elisa, is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She always stayed in touch, ready to answer any questions, and her tips and recommendations helped us a lot in planning our vacation. The beaches are within walking distance, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. Shops are nearby, and the neighborhood is lovely. Pros: Our stay at Beach Rooftop Athens Riviera was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The host, Elisa, takes exceptional care of her guests, ensuring every detail is perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a truly relaxing stay. The highlight, without a doubt, is the massive terrace, bathed in sunshine and offering a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend! The location of Beach Rooftop Athens Riviera is perfect, with everything you could need nearby. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and all essentials are just steps away. The tram stop is very close, and the nearest beach is only a 5-minute walk, all on flat ground. Couldn’t ask for more convenience! A major advantage is that the area around Beach Rooftop Athens Riviera is fully developed, so there’s no unexpected noise or dust from construction. Being on the top floor ensures a peaceful stay, and with no major roads nearby, it’s incredibly quiet and serene. Perfect for relaxation!

Cons: The only slight downside is the church bell near the windows that rings at 8 a.m. However, it’s a great excuse to head to the beach early and enjoy the tranquility there too! :-)

Pros: Thank you for the time spent in these apartments. The location is excellent. The apartment is very tidy and has a special, positive atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the incredible balcony – it’s spacious yet cozy. On the terrace, you feel as if you’re in a second apartment. A special thank you to the hostess – her care and attention are truly exceptional.

Pros: It was like staying with a good friend, that happens to have a very cool apartment with a perfect view. Highly recommended!

A very good family size appartment.

Pros: It has everything you need. Top floor, which makes it very private. The owner is very helpful and communicative. They even left some treats and bottles of water for us. A real sense of ‘phylloxenia’ (care for the foreigner). Kitchen that provides everything you need. Large comfortable apartment. Very close to the beach. Easily accessible from and to the airport.

Pros: This penthouse apartment is absolutely stunning! It has a huge interior beautifully decorated with a an open fireplace and a gorgeous 360 degree wrap around terrace that gets the sun all day! It’s quiet, safe, handy to all amenities and a little taste of heaven. The host Elisa is incredibly kind and generous and caters to all your needs. Cannot recommend this place enough. We loved it!!!🤩

Absolute gem of a property 💙

Pros: Wow. What an amazing property! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful views, big rooms with high ceilings, and immaculate all round. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could want is provided. Very close to the Trams. The beach, local supermarket and bakery are right round the corner. Elisa was incredibly helpful, and made our stay a delight. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thanks again Elisa! 😀

Pros: The place is just wonderful! The best experience on booking I had so far. It’s spacious, very clean and the Interiour is amazing. Elisa is a dream of a host and I felt welcome and loved the stay in all aspects.

Pros: This is an amazing apartment, loads of space and a huge wraparound balcony. Everything was perfect. Great communication with the owners from start to finish. They couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliant location, close to lovely beaches and easy to get into Athens. The local area also has a lot going in and again everything you need. One of the best holiday apartments I've stayed in.
