One of the best equipped apartments I’ve stayed in, well positioned next to the beach, close to public transport station
Pros: The apartment is big, accomodates a family or a small group (one master bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds alongside the living room which has a sofa which cannot be extended - this was not an issue for us), extremely well equipped and very clean! There is an xbox with games that can be used, flat screen tv, sandwich maker, nespresso coffee machine.. everything you may think of, this apartment definitely has it! Even razors and shaving cream if you need it in the master bathroom… I was very impressed all around!

The perfect holiday!
Pros: The perfect spot, the perfect stay, the perfect host! The apartment is spotless, has everything one needs, is quiet, safe, green and so pleasant. A stone throw from Edam beach (best in the morning) and 25 minutes from Syntagma. Best holiday ever!

Pros: Nice apartment in a quiet location, walking distance to the sea. The noisy six-lane quayside can hardly be heard here. The city center, Piraeus and the beaches can be easily reached in 40 minutes by tram. The apartment is well furnished, nothing is missing. Alex is very accommodating and even allowed us to stay longer on the day of departure because our return flight only went in the afternoon.

Amazing stay! Would recommend! 12/10
Pros: The apartment was in a nice area, close to the beach and many tram/bus stops, so it was easy to get around. The place was extremely well equipped. Everything was provided, even dishwasher tablets / water and juice/ soap / body wash / welcome chocolates and wine. The instructions to get there and get the key were clear. No issues whatsoever.

Almost perfect place to stay
Pros: Everything was clean and perfect at home.. 2 separate rooms and 1 small salloon..1 bathroom, 1 small toilet and with an american kitchen..We only bought bread, cheese and some stuff for the breakfast..They think everything including iron, drying rack, washing machine and even washing machine tablets.. They also have an espresso machine.. Thanks for the recommendations, courtesy and hospitality for Alex.. We only have difficulties to find a suitable car parking area near to the apartment.. And it takes around 15-20 mins drive to the city center.. Apart from this it was definitely perfect place to stay..
Cons: No parking area near apartment.. And it is always full.. It takes 15 mins drive to the city center. (But near to the coast and Mousson tramway station)

Everything was really great in everything
Pros: We are very grateful for such a great organisation of our holiday and for the super flat. Everything is so well thought out even in small details that we were pleasantly surprised. The flat is clean, cosy and stylish. Nearby there is everything you need and even more. The sea is in 5 minutes walk. Pharmacies, shops, taverns, cafes, even a tram stop whose terminus is the city centre. Alex is a super host who will always help with any question at any time and very promptly. He cared about our comfort even more than we did ourselves. Our family unequivocally recommends this flat! You will not regret it!

Wonderful first holiday with a baby
Pros: We had a wonderful stay and the host Alex was amazing. We were travelling with our small baby for the first time and therefore I got in touch with Alex prior to our trip. He was incredibly helpful and organised transport from the airport with car seat for the baby. He had set up things in the apartment especially for the baby, such as an activity gym, baby monitor and a bath tub for the baby. This made our stay very comfortable in the apartment. Throughout our holiday I was in touch with Alex- he checked in on us making sure everything was ok, I asked questions about commuting with the tram etc. he was always quick with responding and very helpful which I really appreciated. There was a big supermarket just around the corner from the apartment, the beach was a few minutes walk away and so was the tram stop which made the location of the apartment perfect for us.
Cons: We our truly beyond satisfied with our holiday and the stay in the apartment. If there’s one thing I would have wished was better it would have been the size of the elevator in the building. The elevator was very small and our baby stroller couldn’t fit in it.

Wonderful choice in Athens Riviera
Pros: The appartment had everything that we could possibly need during our stay - we wanted to visit Athens but also going to the beach and the location was perfect to do both. The appartment was very clean and it is quite comfortable. Alex checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything.
