Aelia-Smart central beach flat

Pros: The apartment is excellent in a good location near the tram station, the view from the large terrace is amazing, a quiet area, we will come back again for sure, the host's mother gave all the instructions for easy entry into the apartment, everything inside is renovated and new and clean.

Cons: I honestly can't say that I didn't like anything, really everything was as it should be, it exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again!

Pros: The accommodation is located in Palairo Faliro and has a sea view from the balcony! The apartment is perfect for 1-2 people and has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset in the evenings. This suburb of Athens is perfect for me because it's right by the sea, but you can easily reach the center of Athens by train, bus, or even on foot (which I prefer) and enjoy all the sights! There are also plenty of shopping and dining options.

Cons: Since I like to use the cooking facilities in the apartments, their equipment is important to me. I was missing some essential items, like vinegar and oil or spices, which I had to buy locally. Of course, that's not a problem, or only a minor one. Apart from that, the apartment is very well equipped!

Comfy, relaxing and amazing

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens. The place is very comfortable, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The view from the balcony is amazing — you can see both the sea and the mountains. The apartment is close to the beach (just a short walk away) and about 20 minutes by taxi from the Acropolis. There’s also very convenient public transportation nearby that goes directly to Syntagma Square. The building is clean and peaceful, and the neighbors are quiet. Check-in was very easy, and I really appreciated that the host allowed me to check out six hours later than scheduled at no extra cost. The host was excellent — always responsive to calls and messages, and very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens!

Cons: Nothing at all everything was amazing

Pros: Location is the most convinient, right next to the beach and 15 minutes from city center of Athens, very nice terrace with sea view, every small detail is considered, communication with host was amazing and they were very responsive and flexible to our needs

Pros: Pěkně nově opravená, čistá a vybavená garsonka v 8. patře starší budovy. Krásný výhled z malého balkónku. Kousek od veřejné pláže, blízko na zastávku tramvaje do centra, nedaleko supermarket a pekárna.
