This is the place to be! Chic, comfortable and perfect location

Pros: Everything you need is in the apartment — thoughtful things like fresh ice and drinks in the fridge, a welcome gift, beach towels, body wash etc. Valia and Niki go above and beyond for their guests and reply quickly to any questions, provide local recommendations and helpful advice on public transport, things to see etc. — even helped called us taxi to the port to catch our ferry. The location is fantastic — laid back area steps from the beach and only minutes from the tram or bus to get into town or to the port. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the chic design, AC on a hot day, washer and dryer, and all the tiny little details that go into making this place such good value for money. We’d love to return and you want regret booking here!

It’s exactly in front of one of one of the few passes to the beach!

Pros: Great renovated Apartment in Faliro with Sea View I stayed at a brand renovated apartment in Faliro and really loved it. The place has a great vibe—super clean, modern, and comfortable. The best part? The sea view! You just cross the street and you’re literally at the beach. It’s perfect for a quick swim or just chilling by the water. The building feels very safe too. There’s police outside 24/7, probably because someone important (maybe a politician?) lives there. Either way, it’s quiet and secure, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great spot—relaxed, by the sea, and still close enough to everything in Athens.

Pros: Igényes, szép, modern, tiszta lakás, mintha még senki nem használta volna előttünk! Mindennel felszerelt, nagyon kényelmes és tágas! A tengerpart az út túloldalán van egyből.

Pros: Все абсолютно замечательно! Прекрасный просторный апартамент. С двумя санузлами и спальнями, полностью укомплектованы кухня и санузлы, полотенец много, постели-матрасы и подушки очень комфортные. Кондиционеры работают тихо и хорошо, создают атмосферу уюта и прохлады. Расположение прекрасное- пляж буквально в трех минутах и он хороший, чистый. До Афин легко добраться на трамвае, мы были с машиной и проблем с парковкой не было вовсе, к тому же парковка бесплатная. Valia - хозяйка, добра и отзывчива.

Cons: Нет такого!
