Great apartment. Great location.
Pros: Great location. Tram stop into Athens Centre is right outside and about €2 for a 24 hour ticket. Also tram stop opposite takes you all along the Athenian Riviera. Edem Fish restaurant opposite is amazing with stunning views. The beach is clean and the sea is crystal clear. Apartment is really spacious and exceptionally comfortable with everything you need. Some noise from the main road but nothing too bad. Supermarket just opposite for all your essentials. Definitely a good base with great transport links. The X96 Airport shuttle stops just along the front outside Poseidon Hotel and is around €6. Would definitely recommend this place. 👌
Cons: So when you get to the front of the building it isn't the prettiest looking place. The lobby is a bit shabby and needs a good lick of paint but once you get into the apartment you can totally see past that. I'd say don't judge a book by its cover. The apartment balconies don't get the sun and there's no outdoor furniture which is a shame, although you are just directly facing other apartments.

Pros: We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect – from the friendly service to the comfortable accommodations. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you could want. We had the best time exploring the area and relaxing. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in recent memory. Highly recommended!

Przytulny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros: Lokalizacja i wielkość mieszkania. Miły i komunikatywny właściciel. Wszystkie urządzenia sprawne.
Cons: Zniszczone, niebezpieczne dla zdrowia garnki. Poza tym OK.

Pros: Bliska lokalizacja do morza przystanków tramwajowych i autobusu lotniskowego.Dobra cena do standardu apartamentu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dziękujemy za gościnę😉👍
Cons: Ogólnie wszystko co niezbędne było, w kuchni przydałoby się z dwa garnki więcej i durszlak.

Pros: posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia praticamente basta attraversare la strada, mare e spiaggia pulita, libera, vicino al centro citta di atene, comodi i mezzi per raggiungere piazza sintagma in 30 minuti di tram, comodo dall'areoporto basta prendere il bus numero X96 il viaggio dura 40 minuti circa e la fermata EDEM è a 10 minuti dall'ubicazione. comunque appena potro ben volentieri ritornero in questo appartamento sperando che i miei consigli siano apprezzati, sono anche io un affittacamere in Italia a Senigallia (AN) casa sul mare
Cons: aggiungerei qualche padella , uno scolapasta assolutamente e dei coltelli ( uno grande per il pane), dei coperchi per le pentole, almeno 1 tovaglia e degli strofinacci per chi vuole anche cucinare , ora l'attrezzatura per la cucina è un po misera niente altro tutto perfetto.

Polecam!!! Swietna lokalizacja.Bardzo ładny apartament!!!
Pros: Lokalizacja obiektu swietna!!!! Tramwaj Nr 6 do prawie samego centrum/okolo kilometra trzeba przejsc do Parlamentu lub dojechac 2 stacje metrem /tramwaj 7 do Pireusu. Autobus X96 z lotniska pod prawie sam apartament /200 m trzeba dojsc/ 200 m do sklepu spozywczego, piekarni, ok 300 do kawiarenek i swietnego gyrosa. Zeby dojsc do fajnej piaszczystej plazy trzeba przejsc tylko przez ulice.POLECAM!!!
Cons: Zrywajacy sie internet, a tym samym i TV, chociaz duzo kanałow w Tv. Troche zdekompletowane talerze i garnki w kuchni/ to gosodarze mogliby poprawic/

Séjour très agréable grâce à la situation de l'appartement confortable dans son ensemble
Pros: Facilité d'accès au centre ville, commerce et restaurant proches, plage à 100m du bâtiment, calme et confort de la literie, grande surface du logement
Cons: Equipement de la cuisine limite, volet d'une porte fenêtre bloqué fermé, problème au niveau de la chasse d'eau, le peu d'instructions sommaires rédigé en langue anglaise

Schönes Appartment in guter Lage
Pros: Diie Lage am Meer ist super für Spaziergänge auf der Strandpromenade und am Strand selbst. Verkehrsanbindung mit Strassenbahnlinie 6 (Zentrum Syntagma-Platz - 1/2 Std, Linie 7 mit 1/2 Std. zum Piräus: nett zum Durchwandern oder Fähren für Tagesausflüge - Ägina!). Anbindung zum Flughafen ebenfalls gut mittels Flughafen-Express-Bus Linie X97 bzw X96 (Preis 5,5€, ca 1 Std Fahrzeit: Ticket am Flughafen-Schalter bei der Einstiegsstelle Bus am Flughafen oder am Ticket- Automat bei Ein- / Ausstiegsstation bei der Unterkunft ist EDEM, Fahrten ca. 30-Min.-Takt) Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen, ist auch gut mit Zubehör ausgestattet (Kochutensilien, Handtücher, Toilett-Artikel). Im Winter wichtig: funktionierende Zentralheizung ebenfalls da.Check-in mittels KeyBox unproblematisch, Kommunikation nit Unterkunftgeber/in lief ok.
Cons: Ein bis zwei Wäschestücke hätten etwas sauberer sein können, aber nix dramatisches, die WC-Spülung (Wassernachlauf) kann klemmen, was mittels eines leicht auch von Laien rasch zu bewerkstellingenden Handgriffs raschest behebbar ist - das hat uns nicht weiter gestört und sahen wir nicht - angesichts der überwiegenden Vorteile der räumlich grosszügigen und auch ruhigen Wohnung - als reklamierenswert an, weshalb wir gerne wider diese Unterkunft für einen Athen-Aufenthalt buchen werden.

Pros: L'emplacement était top, à proximité de la plage et de l'arrêt de tram pour le centre ville, le Pirée, et de l'arrêt de bus pour l' aéroport, l'accueil très bien. L'appartement était spacieux et climatisé. Le Petit plus : accès Netflix .
Cons: Porte d'accès de l'immeuble difficile à ouvrir, cela vient des clés à priori.
