Pros: We love this house, it is more like a home. You got the feeling your friends give you the house of their grandparents for living. High rooms, every funeral a special piece, but everything works for living. It's a house with history and with a beautiful atmosphere. The street is calm and you are very quick at the beach. Also the busstation is only 2 minutes for going to Athens city. You have a bakery around and also restaurants, coffebars and grocerystores. We have two teens with us and no fear to let them be outside in the streets or go to the beach alone or feeding all the sweet cats. Our landlady was the best, also for very specifically wishes, thank you so much Anastasia.

Cons: With teens it's easier if you have more than one house key.

Pros: location is perfect, 10minute from the beach close to public transportation (bus and tramway), 30min to Athen center, very good supermarket and bakery nearby. house is spacious and well equiped, we were 3 adults and 4 children and it was very comfortable. AC in the bedrooms only but it was sufficient to cool down when we needed to. small patio surrounded by lime trees was very pleasant.

Cons: some equipment need maintenance (fan in the kitchen was almost broken, some light were flickering too much to be used). nice to have : would be great if host could provide a parasol in the house to bring to the nearby beach

Pros: Perfect location in case you wanna to combine old Athens and nice beach relax

Pros: Μείναμε στο Casa Oliver στο Παλαιό Φάληρο και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και καθαρό, περιποιημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά αλλά κοντά στη θάλασσα, σε μαγαζιά και συγκοινωνίες, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας πολύ εύκολες. H οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, με άμεση επικοινωνία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros: Очень приятно и доброжелательные хозяева. Все предусмотрели. В доме было все для нашего комфортного и уютного отдыха.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med både boende och husvärden. Fräscht och nära till allt vi behövde.

Pros: Läget, fint och lugnt område, nära till havet och kollektivtrafik. Mysigt och trevligt hus. Husvärden var trevlig och tillgänglig.

Cons: Sängarna var lite för hårda och samtliga saknade bäddmadrass. Bara en dusch, lite lite på 7 personer.

Authentische geräumige Villa in Laufnähe zum Strand

Pros: Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Haus/Villa, mit drei großzügigen Schlafzimmern, Terasse, Balkon und nah am öffentlichen Strand gelegen (600m). Die Straße ist ruhig und in der Nähe ist ein Mini-Supermarkt. Es befindet sich eine Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Es gibt ein Bad mit Wannendusche und eine separate Toilette. ÖPNV ist mit Tram und Bus in der Nähe. Es war alles sauber. Was allerdings Geschmackssache ist: Das Mobiliar ist antik, das Wohnzimmer recht dunkel, auch die Küche in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat es nicht gestört bzw. wir fanden das authentisch. Wir haben es auch primär zum Schlafen genutzt, waren sonst nicht viel im Haus und wollten dort nicht kochen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt.

Super séjour, hôte très accueillante, tout à proximité, on a bien profité d'Athènes

Pros: Très belle maison, bien située avec accès facile à la plage et au centre ville en transports en commun. On a mangé des citrons du jardin! Notre hôte a fourni du pain à notre arrivée, il y avait des capsules pour la machine à café, des serviettes propres à mi-séjour - tout pour rendre notre séjour très comfortable

Cons: La maison est située sur une rue très calme, mais une des chambres se donne sur une rue un peu bruyante (voitures/motos).

Erg gezellig!

Pros: De locatie is super, alles is vlakbij (winkels, restaurants, openbaar vervoer, etc). Het was er heel netjes, goed gepoetst. De bedden waren opgemaakt en de kwaliteit van de matrassen zeer goed. Handdoeken en zeep ter beschikking. Ook de keuken is goed voorzien. Overdracht van de sleutels ging vlot. Wel miste ik richtlijnen over de wasmachine. Er is een wasmachine, maar de afvoer van het water was niet aangesloten. Dat was even zoeken hoe we dat moesten oplossen. We hadden maar voor 4 personen geboekt en kregen dan ook maar 2 kamers ter beschikking. Dat was ook jammer. Maar verder is het een charmant huis, van alle comfort voorzien. De host reageerde snel bij vragen. We hebben, voor een vroege transfer naar de luchthaven, gebruik gemaakt van de taxi van Nikos. De host raadde hem aan en hij bleek ook zeer betrouwbaar en erg stipt. Fijn!
