Bright and roomy apartment

Pros: The best house. The facilities were very luxurious, clean, and convenient. The owner responded very quickly and resolved most issues. The shower wasn't broken, but rather a tap that had to be turned on to open, so first-time users might mistake it for a broken one. It's just one subway stop from the Plaza district, and there's a supermarket and bakery right across the street. I heard from a tour guide that this was Athens' wealthiest neighborhood, and it was indeed relatively safe. If I ever return to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again.

A smart and spacious flat in Athens city centre that stops a bit short of being superb

Pros: This is a very smart, clean and spacious apartment, only 10 minutes from Evangelismos metro station and very handy for the X95 bus to/from the airport (the Hilton stop), and as it is not on a main road it is not noisy - there is a supermarket and a bakery just across the road.

Cons: This could be a really excellent place if only a few things were checked and fixed. A couple of the windows didn't open properly because the mechanism was broken or faulty. One of the showers did not appear to work at all (even though, luckily, the apartment does have 3 of them!). There is a dishwasher but no tablets were supplied. We had to hunt round for things like bin liners. We couldn't fathom how to operate the TV. These are only minor annoyances but they could all have been avoided - for one thing, the person who let us in might have explained more than just how to put the hot water on.

Great experience

Pros: Very spacious and super clean and nice apartment. Perfect for four adults (two parents and two grown up kids). The location was also great for us - very close to our family in Athens

Pros: Sehr geräumig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Hintere Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Cons: Beim duschen hat man das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser gestellt. Gewerbliche Ferienwohnung in einer reinen Wohngegend find ich persönlich immer etwas schwierig weil wir keinen Wohnraum wegnehmen wollen. Da hätte ich besser recherchieren sollen. Mein Fehler.

Perfetto per gruppi di 5/6 persone . Super spazioso e luminoso

Pros: Posizione comoda alla metro ed al centro con 30 min camminata . Ampio e luminoso . Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile .

Cons: Segnalo che la terza camera ha la vasca in stanza e il bagno non ha la porta ( utile da sapere se non si è intimi con il compagno di letto fino a quel punto ).

Pros: Ηταν πολύ άνετο,κάθε δωμάτιο ανεξάρτητο και είχε πολλές παροχές .
