Excellent. I plan on staying here again during my next visit to Athens.

Pros: Accessing the apartment keys from the lockbox was easy. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Pangrati is an excellent location for Athens. It is a bit off the tourist area, but walkable to everything. The metro is not far away either.

Cons: My only recommendation would be to have clearer instructions to control the air conditioner. For some in my group it was easy and intuitive, for others it was a maze of buttons.

Pros: No-host lock box check in. Simple, easy with excellent instructions once inside the apartment. We have already rented the apartment for a second stay!

Cons: Location, cleanliness, and excellent communication.
