LIV - Modern Comfort Oasis in Pagrati

Excellent base for exploring Athens.

Pros: Spacious, nice design, comfortable beds, quality fittings, good internet, quiet, 10 minute walk to tube. Great shower. Well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed staying here.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It was very spacious, lots of different lights, comfortable beds, walking distance to nice restaurants

Cons: it was difficult to locate the entrance od the building no sign, no mosquito nets at the windows.

Great adventure, enjoyed the city!

Pros: Apartment is newly decorated. Two separate bedrooms, each bedroom own bathroom, and a small toilet. We are a family of 5 and it was very spacious. It has everything you need, even more, you feel like home. Each room has a separate AC, which is great! Supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop just few steps away. Good connection with city bus - bus station 3min walking distance. Safe area.

Cons: We were facing some issues locating the apartment, even keylock was partly covered with bush. I would suggest to put some photos of entrance gate, we were walking around at least 15min. This would make it a 10!

Very nice apartment in good location.

Pros: Check in is 24/7. Two pillows for each. Shops and cheep restaurants are in less than 10 min walk. Various kitchenware in good amount and condition. Conditioners/heaters in each room.

Cons: They forgot to send the code for the key box, but we got it when we called. Only soap and shampoo were available; conditioner wasn't. The towel heater in the bathroom is connected to the house heating system and thus didn't work.

Lovely apartment

Pros: The apartment is exactly like the pictures , very cute and well decorated . It’s spacious , has 2,5 bathrooms . It’s about 11 minutes by foot to the nearest metro station . Pagkrati is a very lively area. The apartment is also near supermarket/ cafes etc . Also staff were very responsive

Cons: Everything was lovely . I am only putting in a 9/10 because I would prefer the beds to be more comfortable and the fact that it wasn’t ready even thought I arrived 1 hour after check in

Pros: The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed. Although my stay was short and I didn’t use many of the amenities, the place is fully equipped with everything a guest might need. An air fryer would have been a great addition. The apartment is suitable for families or solo travelers, whether for short or long stays, and the location is excellent—very close to a supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy, and just a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

Cons: The only challenge I faced was finding the building at first, but the host was very responsive and guided me quickly. I recommend adding a clear and visible sign or marker in large lettering, as well as providing photos of the building entrance and the surrounding area to make it easier for guests to locate the apartment. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros: Σαν τοποθεσια αυτο που ηθελα τα βρηκα, Ασφαλες περιοχη και σημειο, αν αυτο το υπολογιζει καποιος για την διαμονη του. Ευκολο στην προσβαση, αλλα και σαν αφετηρια να παει καποιος αμεσα και γρηγορα στο κεντρο της Αθηνας, αλλα και να βγει προς τα εξω γρηγορα. Το διαμερισμα πολυ προσεγμενο, πληρες για ολες τις αναγκες, καθαρο !! μεγαλο-ευρυχωρο. Για μενα για να μην κουραζω, ηταν παραπανω απο τις προσδοκιες μου. Θα το συνηστουσα, για επιλογη ειτε για επαγγελματικο ταξιδι, ειτε για μεγαλυτερη χρονικη διαμονη !!

Cons: Αυτο που ειναι λιγο δυσκολο , αλλα και που στην Αθηνα δεν ειναι, ειναι το θεμα παρκινγκ, αν διαθετης αυτοκινητο, εγω προσωπικα το εβαζα σε χωρο parking επι πληρωμη. Υπαρχουν σχεδον απο εξω απο το διαμερισμα 3 σταθμοι parking στα 50 με 100 μετρα περιπου αποσταση.

Pros: Ausstattung mit allen, was man sich als Familie oder auch Geschäftsreisender wünschen mag. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Bügeleisen oder Kaffeemaschine: alles da. Der Supermarkt um die Ecke stellt eine einfache und schnelle Versorgung sicher.

Cons: Das Finden des Hauseinganges war eine kleine Herausforderung. Wenn man das weiß, ist es kein Problem. Die Unterstützung durch den Betreiber war hier auch verständnisvoll, schnell und hilfreich, so dass mit ein wenig Verzug das tolle Apartment bezogen werden konnte.

Pros: בית מעוצב , נקי , יש 2 חדרים בחדר אחד מיטה זוגית בחדר השני 2 מיטות יחיד וספה בסלון . בכל חדר יש טלוויזה , מזגן , מקלחת ושירותים בנוסף יש עוד שירותי אורחים . המטבח מאובזר , מרפסת שפונה לרחוב שקט. מצאנו חניה ברחוב בלי בעיה . היה מושלם

Pros: דירה מקסימה, מעוצבת, נוחה מאוד, במיקום מצוין, 10 דקות הליכה למטרו או 30 דקות הליכה לכיכר מונסטראקי. היה נוח למצוא את המקום ואת המפתחות, סופרמרקט ומאפיה ממש מתחת לבית. שכונה נחמדה ושקטה, נהננו מאוד!! נשארנו 3 לילות, היינו שמחים להישאר עוד. מומלץ!
