Amazing Host! Lovely apartment - close to everything!!
Pros: This place was amazing. After a long day of travel - the apartment was a cozy place to settle down for the night. There was cold water left in the fridge which was such a nice touch! If you plan a visit in Athens - you should consider staying here for sure!!
Cons: It is an older building so there is no elevator - which can be tricky with lots of heavy luggage - but everything else was amazing and I was not expecting an elevator anyways. Just don't over pack like I did!!

Modern accommodation a small distance near the city hot spots.
Pros: Very clean facilities, comfortable furnishings and roomy environment.
Cons: 1. No lift which can be a bit much check-in time with 20 plus kgs of luggage. 2. Location whilst convenient it felt unsafe at times, whilst this is not unusual near Omonoia, streets around accommodation felt more unsafe. The accommodation is very secure. It still might be of concern to other solo travellers.

Brand new, very nice apartment, nicely furnished.
Pros: Beautiful, modern, tidy apartment and building, the host was very friendly and helpful, he even let us leave the apartment a few hours later, the keysafe is very comfortable.
Cons: Although the apartment is near to the city centre, neighborhood is a bit dodgy, but we have never had any problems, not even at night.

Pros: **Review of Kozy Koala, Athens** I recently stayed at Kozy Koala and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed via message, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The only downside was that some areas nearby had a lot of beggars and unpleasant odors, but this didn't detract much from our overall experience. The apartment felt safe and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!

Pros: De kamer was tot onze verrassing erg schoon en modern. Dit stond in sterk contrast met de omgeving, want de kwaliteit van de kamer had niets te maken met de minder prettige locatie. Binnen voelde het comfortabel en verzorgd aan
Cons: De locatie viel helaas erg tegen. De straten rondom de accommodatie waren vuil en slecht onderhouden, en we voelden ons er niet echt veilig. Er is gelukkig niets gebeurd tijdens ons verblijf, maar het onveilige gevoel heeft toch invloed gehad op ons comfort en onze gemoedsrust. Hierdoor hebben we minder kunnen genieten van onze tijd daar.

Pros: Домакинът ни беше оставил бутилка вино в хладилника! Още, изчерпателно информация за местоположението, ключовете , и какво има наоколо! Апартамента е комфортен, чист, обзоведен със всичко необходимо. На 30 мин. пеша от Акропол. Благодарим на домакина за посрещането.
Cons: Бяхме на последния етаж а на терасата нямаше нищо за сянка, а Юли месец е много горещо. Квартала може би не е от най-безопасните, но като цяло вграда навсякъде има бездомни, просяци, наркомани както във всеки мегаполис. Това не ни стреса много.

Pros: Le logement est tres propre et bien equipé. Il est spacieux. L'hôte est au petit soin pour nous et nous a donné toutes les instructions pour faciliter l'entree dans le logement + il nous a offert une bouteille de rosé
Cons: Le logement est situé dans un quartier qui peut faire peur. Il y a des personnes drogués en bas de l'immeuble qui ne sont pas forcement méchantes mais voila

Pros: Нов апартамент, чист, оборудван с всичко необходимо. Лесна комуникация с домакина.Възможност за безплатно паркиране на улицата пред сградата. На 10-15мин пешеходно разстояние от централните улици на града. Сградата е без асансьор, апартамента е на 2ри етаж.
Cons: Въпреки, че е в централната част има една две улици, които е хубаво да се избягват (бездомници и зависими). Но като цяло не сме имали никакви проблеми нито с колата , нито по време на разходките ни до центъра.
