Nice 2 bedrom appartment near Psiri, great host

Pros: The host was extremely careful, proposed valuable hints even without us asking for them. There are two separate bedrooms and a living room with a nice sofa to chat about your adventures in Athens in the evening. Bathroom and kitchen were also very decent. I found very easy parking place for my car on the street and it was completely free (I didn't expect that a city like Athens has no paid parking zones)!

Cons: It is not far from Acropolis, but it is also not 5 minutes away. If you would like to walk to Acropolis, you would need 30-40 minutes touristic walk through Psiri and Monastiraki neighbourhoods. The apartment is in a new and nice building, but the neighbourhood is mainly wirh old ruined buildings and a lot of chineese shops - but it is really 2 streets away from Psiri, which is OK. I would very appreciate it, if we had two pairs of keys, so that we could split.

Pros: very nice and comfortable apartment, clean, helpful owner, everything was in the best order

Cons: the neighborhood around the apartment was very bad full of drug addicts and prostitutes

Pros: Fantastic property for a family. All the facilities that you need away from home were there. It was a home away from home. Close walking to Metaxourgio Metro.

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at Koazy koala apartments, and I must say that the owner made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, and they were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The property itself was well-maintained and exactly as described, but what really set this stay apart was the owner’s thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their guests’ experience, and this owner certainly does. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone, and I would happily return in the future!

Pros: Czysty, nowoczesny apartament. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja. Ogólnie bardzo czysto.

Cons: Społeczeństwo zamieszkujące na ulicy gdzie znajduje się apartament niestety nie jest najlepsze. Ogrom narkomanów i domów publicznych.

Pros: El apartamento está muy nuevo, las habitaciones son relativamente grandes y muy luminosas. No está muy lejos de Monastiraki (unos 10 minutos andando). El anfitrión es muy amable, se preocupa por la comodidad de los huéspedes y contesta rápidamente a los mensajes.

Cons: El barrio da mala impresión. Aunque no tuvimos ningún problema, hay bastantes drogadictos y negocios cerrados, con mala imagen.

Um espaço moderno e confortável no coração de Atenas

Pros: O apartamento é muito confortável e asseado. Tem o equipamento necessário para uma estadia tranquila em Atenas. A proximidade à estação de metro de Metaxourghio é útil, se bem que é possível caminhar até à zona de Monastiraki ou de Plaka sem grande problema. É de destacar a ótima disponibilidade e eficácia do anfitrião.

Cons: Apesar da localização ser boa relativamente ao acesso ao metro (Metaxourghio) e mesmo para caminhar até à acrópole, algumas das ruas envolventes são frequentadas por toxicodependentes, o que transmite pouca segurança. Contudo, durante toda a estadia, não houve qualquer problema.
