Well located spacious apartment

Pros: Location was very good, nice amount of space with two bathrooms and a decent size kitchen. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening when it cooled off. The host was very responsive and helpful when contacted. Despite a hiccup of stay here again.

Cons: Outside of the control of management but there was works literally right out the front with the footpath being torn up and replaced making it difficult to come and go. Also there was a mix up at check in and the apartment wasn't ready yet. Management rectified that very quickly and provided us an opportunity to relax at a restaurant nearby.

Pros: Everything was good. Like the two bathrooms. We found everything we needed. The place is close to metro and all the places of interest.

Pros: Todo el piso muy cuidado. Buena ubicación para moverse por la ciudad y barrio tranquilo, ideal para ir con la familia.

Great value for the money.

Pros: Both bedrooms were ensuite with queen beds. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge asset. Note to Americans, the dryer does not vent to the outside, so instead uses a water tank that needs to be emptied after every use. They also have to two large drying racks and a small ironing board and iron. There is also a half bath. Two sets of keys are provided. Check-in (get the keys from lock box) and check-out (leave the keys in the lock box) were very easy. Lots of supplies for the laundry and the kitchen. Please was very clean and comfortable. Numerous restaurants and the metro are less than a 10 minute walk away. A bus stop is at the end of the street.

Cons: There are 6 steps when entering the building. The elevator works well, but can only handle three people at a time. One of the bathrooms is a step up from the bedroom.

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement près de la place Omonia. Belle vue. On était au calme, on a passé de bonnes nuits. Rien à redire sur l'équipement de l'appartement.

Cons: Pour la récupération des clefs : confusion avec les informations données par l'hôte (au bas de l'immeuble, nous avons été aidé par des habitants pour trouver le coffre à clefs) Propreté des serviettes de bain : après notre conversation téléphonique avec l’hôte, une personne est venue changer les serviettes, merci pour la réactivité de l’hôte (appréciable). Pour les lits : Draps et taies d'oreillers froissés, pas très esthétique comme impression à l'arrivée. Rideaux des fenêtres à nettoyer. Si toutes ces petites imperfections sont corrigées, l'appartement sera très agréable et le rapport qualité/prix convenable.

Pros: Emplacement, confort, organisation rationelle de l'appartement.

Cons: Le système de récupération des clés n'est pas très pratique (boîte à clé en position basse) et la serrure de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble fonctionne mal.

Pros: La ubicación, mobiliario, los cuartos de baño, los muebles, la limpieza, el equipamiento. Uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que hemos estado, sin duda. Recomendable para todo el que quiera este tipo de alojamiento en Atenas.
