Confy Living Apartment Metaxourghio Metro Station

Pros: I love the kitchen - this is a fully functional modern kitchen, usable and very clean. Perfect for self catering. Great oven hobs, pans and implements. The apartment felt big and spacious, there was a lovely balcony, looking out on a quiet view. The beds were great, I slept wonderfully. Little noise from the neighbours. The location is amazing, 5 mins walk to the metro, and lots of nice shops and eateries close by. I found a local gym, visited museums. And I was able to relax and work there, it would be a great base for digital nomads. I met the owner and he's a really nice genuine person, who gave me lots of advice and tips. I will try to stay there again next time I visit Athens.

Cons: The area has problems, drugs, homelessness, dirty streets (but I was safe and sound there). The area is very interesting and colourful, and gradually being improved.

Comfy indeed

Pros: Modern flat, with all necessities. Excellent location and easy access. The only area of possible improvement is the squicky bathroom door. Comfortable beds, smart TV, quiet neighborhood despite closeness to city center.

Pros: Location excellent for the Metro. Plenty of food outlets and supermarket nearby. Host recommended good place for dinner.

Pros: Well equipped modern appartment at walking distance from metro station (about 2 blocks away). Despite being in the center it is a calm neighborhood. Everything's clean, the bed is very comfortable, the fridge is large, there's a balcony such that you can eat outside ... so basically nothing to complain about. And the host is very hospitable!

Pros: Wonderful, attentive & detailed host, communication’s great & smooth. The apartment was really well-equipped, the stay was cosy and comfortable. Easy access to central area.

Comfy and spacious apartment in the perfect location!

Pros: The location, the neighborhood and the facility! It was close to the subway station and we could even walk to the center or to the archeological museum. :) we found quite some nice restaurants and bars/cafes in the neighborhood. There were also many kiosks and convenient stores where we could get fruits, water or snacks. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was spacious for two people. Very pleasant!

Cons: I could not fix the shower head to shower. Somehow the shower head holder is placed to high and the water splashed everywhere.

Pros: Quiet place in the center of the city, everything was great! Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, the apartment has everything you need. The host is very helpful and friendly. Would very much like to return here one day!
