Good location.

Pros: The neighbourhood is conveniently close to the metro, tram & bus and you can walk to the centre. There are supermarkets and bars within close walking distance.The apartment was a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. Comfortable sofa and beds. Washing machine and oven were a bonus.Nicely decorated. Response from the staff was quick when we had a problem finding the key to get in and also when requesting extra cutlery. Good price.

Cons: Not enough kitchen equipment - only 3 sets of cutlery left for 4 people (they did provide more when we asked though). The entrance to the building smells bad and the apartment doesn't smell clean either (a stale tobacco smell). The apartment could be cleaner - the headboard and cushions in the main bedroom had stains on. The bedding wasn't of great quality and didn't seem to fit the beds properly. The bathroom is very small and the hot water system quirky.

Pros: The apartment was new and very clean. The location was also very good. 7 minutes from the Metro station Ayios Ioannis (red line). The facilities were great. It had everything we could need. It offered extra toiletries and cleaning supplies. Perfect for small families

Cons: It's on the ground floor, so there was a little bit of noise from the road. Also the other tenants of the building were loud at times. The apartment is small. Not suitable for 4 adults but worked well for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
