Sunny Top Floor Studio - Excellent Athens view

Tiny flat with view, not too far from centre of ancient athens

Pros: Sun terrace, view, well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lift

Cons: Wet room is very cramped

Pros: We had a very nice stay here. Its an easy walk to the Acropolis and museum. The private balcony is nice, especially in the evening when it's cooler. We had everything we needed here.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like.

Perfect little base for a great city break

Pros: Perfectly sized studio with a wonderful terrace, everything was clean and very well equipped. Great coffee maker and other kitchen amenities. The neighbourhood is out of the main tourist hub but right next to some great bars and restaurants with a bit more of a local feel, which made it perfect in my opinion! We were also able to walk everywhere

Cons: Only small thing is that the bathroom was very small, more like a wet room with the shower over the bath/ sink, but it didn’t affect our rating of the property

We had an excellent stay in Athens and loved the studio apartment and would highly recommend!

Pros: We enjoyed the terrace very much! Also, the room was very cozy - we found everything we could possibly need and noticed all the small details of the appartment that made it feel like home.

Muito bem localizado e confortável

Pros: Muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, e sacada legal.

Cons: Somente que o elevador não chega ao andar do apartamento, e precisa subir mais um lance de escada.

Pros: L’appartement est très charmant . L’emplacement est idéal .

Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πολύ ήσυχο μέρος. Το βράδυ μπορείς να καθίσεις έξω και το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ότι θέλεις. Το μπάνιο έχει και ντους καταρράκτη. Το στούντιο είναι επίσης περιποιημένο και έχει αρκετό χώρο για τις βαλίτσες και τα πράγματα.

Cons: Τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο. Το μπάνιο είναι λίγο στενό. Ο νιπτήρας είναι μικρός και όταν πλένεις τα χέρια σου μπορεί να πετάγονται νερά αριστερά και δεξιά.και το νερό από το ντους μπορεί να πάει πάνω στις πετσέτες εάν δεν είσαι προσεκτικός λόγω της μικρότητας του χώρου.

Studio très accueillant et notre hôte très réactif pour répondre à nos questions.

Pros: Le studio était très bien conçu. Malgré la petite taille, tout avait été pensé pour garantir un bon séjour. Le studio était très lumineux et la cuisine très bien équipée. La grande terrasse était agréable avec ses plantes et le store pour protéger du soleil. Nous avons pu aller à pied visiter le centre historique. Il y a également un arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα προτιμηθεί ξανά

Pros: Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε μια πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, εύκολο γενικά το πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή, καταστήματα για φαγητό καθώς και η κεντρική πλατεία του Κουκακίου. Εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης και ειδικά στην μικρή αλλά πολύ ωραία κουζίνα του. Πάρα πολύ ωραίο και προσεγμένο μπαλκόνι με ωραία θέα και φυτά.
