Icarus Minimal 2bedroom Bliss

An incredible stay in a clean, comfortable & fantastic location-central Plaka, up a quiet street

Pros: Loved the location, the space, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It had a washing machine which was a godsend. The kitchen was more than adequate- had lots of little extras like a coffee machine with pods, some tea bags etc. The bathroom had toiletries you could also use which was great as we forgot our shower gel! There was a small issue with the internet not working initially, the oven had been switched off at the fuse box, the grey button had to be pressed to ensure hot water, however the excellent and super fast communication with the owner soon put that right. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we had the most amazing stay and would definitely recommend - we will come back and stay again.

Cons: The internet connection could have been stronger- its central Athens though, so wasn’t a big deal. The bells need to be marked showing which one belongs to which flat- very helpful if you’re having a food delivery.

Pros: It's very clean and comfortable. We will come back again.

Excellent 2-bedroom apartment in Plaka

Pros: Newly renovated, full 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Plaka, 20 meters off Adrianou Street. Quiet area. Full kitchen, living room, bathroom. Two full bedrooms with double beds, aircon and lots of storage space. Everything is new and well-presented. Lots of space, including the possibility to use the living room sofa as a bed. Really a great place. The wifi connection was good. It's a full kitchen, including full refrigerator, oven, hob/range, with everything needed for self-catering.

Cons: Please note that there are a few steps in the entry going up to the elevator. The elevator is small. This is relevant only for people who need assisted mobility. The apartment is easily accessible on the first floor for everyone not needing mobility assistance.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta. En pleno centro pero sin ruido en callejón con árboles. Apartamento moderno y nuevo con comodidades. Supermercado bastante grande a 50 metros.

I was hesitant to book initially as this is a newly listed property so there aren’t many reviews etc to judge it on. How

Pros: The flat has spacious rooms and is newly refurbished and decorated. The location is excellent being in the heart of Plaka, so you can easily walk to all the attractions, metro stations etc. Handy mini supermarket in the same street. Host responded quickly to queries.

Cons: It was all pretty good,but it would be helpful to add a few more instructions such as how the water heater turns on (push the marked button in the wall cupboard with the electricity switches).

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location. Very clean and well equiped. Thanks for everything!! I will stay here again without any worries!

Cons: Some evenings it can be a little noisy on the streets due to the location. But it is not a problem at all..
