2nd time staying - good stay, not as excellent as first time but would stay again

Pros: 1. Property looks exactly like photos. 2. Very clean especially bathroom. 3. Self check-in makes it very easy and hassle free 4. When I requested additional coffees from Camelia, she kindly provided more. 5. There was a delay with communication before checking in which Camelia said was the fault of Booking.com but when checking out Camelia M kindly allowed us an extra half hour which made up for the time missed and allowed our baby to sleep in without being disturbed for that extra 30 minutes. This was our second stay in this property, this time in apartment 201. Much better than apartment 102 because it was quieter and the bathroom was better designed so the toilet did not get splashed while showering which was great.

Cons: 1. The wooden bed slats kept falling so my husband had to keep fixing them every morning. This did not happen in the first property we stayed in. 2. There is no dishwasher like the other properties (whether there is or isnt is clearly outlined before booking so this wasnt an issue) but considering we have to wash the dishes before leaving the property, dishwashers should ideally be provided. 3. In this particular apartment (201) Amazon Prime, Disney and Netflix did not work. We did not mind too much because it was a short business trip but if we stay longer we would have called the host to fix it.

Very satisfied by the flat. I definitely recommend.

Pros: Perfect location. Excellent flat to rent, fully renovated. I rented it in low season so the price was excellent. It's worth the money.

Cons: Entering it was a bit tricky. I understand that they want to keep it safe. The instructions were very good, so no problem.

Pros: The facilities were great, the staff was really kind and friendly, and the location was great for all shops, cafes, and restaurants! It was truly relieving, and we enjoyed our stay there :)

Pros: It was very comfortable, a big apartment, all the facilities

Cons: You can’t close completely the window blinds and in the morning early too much light, also some issues about the window because you can hear clearly what is happening there just outside of the apartment on the stairs and the kitchen didn’t work, (glass cooktop)

A beautiful and modern apartment; but with considerable noise disturbances.

Pros: The property offers spacious rooms, modern furniture, and is located in a newly built building. A secure parking space, cost-effective, and conveniently located in close proximity to the accommodation. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use for cooking.

Cons: There were frequent and loud noises, both during the day and at night, originating from outside the building as well as from neighboring apartments. These disturbances significantly affected our ability to rest and were disruptive. The host was very difficult to contact, with communication possible only via the Booking.com chat. In the event of urgent situations, no immediate assistance or resolution was available. There was a significant amount of dust under the sofa, indicating that cleaning had likely not been carried out recently. Additionally, there is no coat rack at the entrance of the apartment. The sofa consists of two separate sections that easily move apart, making it uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, the elevator operates inconsistently, functioning only intermittently (approximately one day on, one day off).

Pros: - Easy self check-in, Camelia sent us instructions with codes and we managed to access the property with no issues. - Very homely apartment, with central heating system, air conditioners with climate control which was perfect for us as we have a baby and were able to keep the room to a constant temperature. - Hot water available all the time - when I've stayed in other properties you usually have to wait half an hour for the tank to fill up before showering but at Strefi Suites we showered whenever we wanted with no issues with the water. - Camelia was a wonderful host, always replying promptly and sending staff to provide more coffee capsules and garbage bags when we ran out. - There were extra pillows, sheets and towels which was fantastic. - We stayed in 202 and the apartment matches the photos exactly.

Cons: - Not the owners fault at all but there is a lot of noise from outside at night-time. - The lift didn't work on 2 occassions which was a struggle for my husband bringing luggages up. All other times the lift worked fine. - A shower door would be the only small suggestion to improve as the floor gets quite wet however a mop was provided so this did not cause us any issues.

Great place for a reasonable price

Pros: Great location, excellent and fast communication with apartment owners. Just a few minutes walk from a local grocery AB Vasilopoulos with a wide range of goods. Also one more positive thing is self check-in/out option and hill nearby - from it opens view to Acropolis and Lycabettus hill

Cons: It was coffee machine in the apartment but no coffee tablets at all

Lovely apartment in a lively neighbourhood

Pros: The apartment was really nice, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the pre-arrival communication and the option to leave our luggage at the facilities. The location is very lively with many delicious areas and cool bars in the area. The apartment itself was also really nice, modern, functional, had everything that we needed and plenty of space.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, located in a great area. The host was kind and welcoming, and the apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay.
