AURA Gazi apartments

Pros: Very modern, clean, access from both floors, secure building, excellent location next to Keramikos metro station.

Cons: The living room doesn’t heat up well because the area is open to the upper floor and the heat goes up. Also you have to use too much water in the shower until the hot water starts coming.

Pros: Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα,με κυριολεκτικα όλες τις παροχές. Σε πολύ καλό σημείο εάν θέλετε μέσα σε 10 λεπτά να είστε στο κέντρο της πόλης κ σε 5 σε στάση μέτρο .

Bel appartement bien situé mais parfois bruyant à l’extérieur

Pros: L’endroit, bel appartement et terrasse, l’ascenseur le responsable réactif et sympathique

Cons: La proximité d’un bar bruyant

Quiet, relaxing area

Pros: This was a great location for me, however if you don’t like to walk, it might not be for you. I liked that it was far enough away from the busiest areas that you could have some quiet. Plus, the local eateries and coffee shops in the immediate 5-8 min walk were more pleasant and the food tasted better to me. I didn’t have to constantly watch and listen to all the noise and traffic. There’s a little park right down the block. Most all the tourist spots are within 20-30 minute walk; Monastiraki, Syntagma, Plaka, and many more. The metro is also close by and of course taxis are everywhere. The apartment itself was a secure, cute, clean studio. I felt safe walking around the area regardless of the time of day/evening. I would recommend this apartment to others.

Cons: In my opinion, there needed to be instructions in different languages for using the TV, resetting the internet, and using the washing machine. That may have prevented me from bothering the manager/owner. He was responsive, nice and professional when I had to contact him. He said he didn’t mind at all, I just hated having to reach out with simple questions.

Nice place close to the historical hearth of Athens and night life

Pros: Location close to the metro, cleanliness, air conditioning, hairdryer

Cons: Additional towels could have been provided, teflon pans may need a replacement
