Sacred Way rooftop apartment

Great location, all the facilities available for us

Pros: The location and the fact that we could stay on the rooftop on the night

Cons: The bed from the living is unconfortable

Simply fabulous!

Pros: 10/10!!! Amazing terrace, very comfy bed and the attention to detail was insane (the host had thought of pretty much everything that we may need for a comfortable stay - there were even spare phone chargers available in case we'd forgotten ours). Another hospitality highlight was that there was a very luxurious welcome basket waiting for us (wine, sweets, etc. even treats for our small dog). Continuous heating and constant hot water - it was pretty cold in Athens when we visited, but inside all we ever needed was a short-sleeve t-shirt. The location is also excellent for roaming Athens, with a lot of great coffee shops and bars literally steps away (also about 4mins walking distance to the metro station - with direct access to the airport). The flat is on one of the busiest streets in the centre, yet there was absolutely no noise indoors...

Cons: Absolutely nothing! It was one of the best experiences ever. The stairs to the apartment are not actually as steep as they look in the picture, which was a pleasant surprise, but if you have mobility issues (or a lot of suitcases) this listing might not be ideal for you. Still, for us, this was not an issue at all.

Good apartment, with a great host and location.

Pros: First of all, the host is the best! Very good with communication and offers lots of sights to see, restuarants/bars etc. She is very friendly. The location of the apartment is very good. Very close to the metro, which is direct to the airport. Huge outside area and very clean

Cons: Access to the apartment may be slightly difficult for anyone with reduced mobility. The layout could be slightly off putting to some, due to the bathroom door being directly next to the bed. For two people, the size of the apartment is perfect, 3 is ok, but any more may become a little tight.

Pros: The host was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was very good.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a large rooftop terrace with beautiful views of Athens. The host Vicky was excellent and very helpful. She provided us with a warm welcome, a lot of local information and was super friendly. Will definite stay here again when we are going back to Athens.

A great stay which complemented the overall wonderful experience in Athens!

Pros: I liked everything about it. The host, Vicky is a wonderful woman, very helpful, full of knowledge about the surroundings and the city itself. She's very helpful and very quick to respond. The apartment is in a great central location but not in the tourist area so you can find a place to eat in reasonable prices and more authentic for the city

Cons: The bed was on slight elevation so I tripped over it a couple of times 🤣 But honestly. No, there is nothing I disliked in there.

Pros: Athens was really really hot when we came. Vicky was very helpful to find solutions how we can remote work from there!

I would stay at this place again for my next trip to Athens.

Pros: The location was super, 2-3 minutes of walk to the subway station, and 5-6 minutes of walk to the supermarket. The best part was that you can literately see the Acropolis on the terrace. The terrace was very large with sun shade and you can relax outside with drinks when the weather is nice. A cute cat visited often, which was sweet! Vicky was a very friendly and kind hostess. She not only told us history about the building and the neighborhood, but also offered us a lot of advice about restaurants, bars, and interesting things to see. Another thing is that if you stay here, please try the local cafes/restaurants around the apartment (Louis Cafe is nice).

Cons: Only small things. They did not bother us actually, but could be better. The first thing is that you might have to let the water run a bit until you get hot water. The second thing is that the stairs were a bit steep, so it might be a bit inconvenient if you are carrying big suitcases.

Pros: Beautiful, well equipped, and nice large roof area (visited often by a friendly cat). Has small things you might need and forget to bring like usb cables, power adapters, etc. Very helpful and responsive host. Close to metro 1-2 stops from center.

Cons: The air condition is a bit too weak for apartment size. Took a long time for the apartment to cool, especially the bed area (in early September, with max temperatures about 32°C). Pillows could be better.

Pros: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Athènes dans cet appartement. L'accueil à été très agréable et sympathique. Nous avions toutes les indications. L'emplacement parfait et la terrasse était un plus très appréciable. Une très bonne adresse.
