The best stay in Athens

Pros: Everything was perfect, communication with the host was amazing, the studio itself was so great I didnt want to leave at all!

Pros: Nice apartment not far from the centre. It was great having a terrace for breakfast! We loved the area as it had many modern bars and restaurants, but I would not recommend it for everyone ie families as it's still somewhat sketchy at times (homeless people, abandoned houses).

Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment with nice balcony with view. Within walking distance of city center and acropolis.

Pros: It has everything you need, terrace is very nice, apartment is well equipped (iron, hair dryer, coffee machine). There are really nice coffee shops nearby, I would recommend Favela and Cabezón. It was very pleasant staying for me and my friends.

Pros: Its a beautiful apartment on the top floor including nice sunny balconies with views. Everything necessary is provided, very clean and Savvas is a really caring host.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit small, but oké enough.

Convenient location, tasteful deco, excellent value for money

Pros: The appartment's deco is quite tasteful. Tje furnitures， appliances，beddings, covers feel good and of high quality. Two.balconies. One has a view of Acropolis very interesting. It was extrenely clean, new,everything functional. It is relatively small for 4 people, However it does offer 3 beds. All beds are comfortable. The new soda bed is very easy to set up and put away. Metro is an easy 7-9 min walk. Neighborhood.feels very safe. I.can hardly undeeatand why some guests complained about noise. All the doors and windows are top of the line products.With them shut properly, noise even there was, hardly can penetrate. The host is responsible and courteous.

Cons: The lock box is.not straightforward. it took us 5 'minutes to figure out.

Perfect!

Pros: It is really a perfect apartment, it had everything we needed and a quick 5-7mins walk to the train station. The location is really great, it also has lots of restaurants around and a small mini market around the corner for some quick things. Savvas was incredibly friendly and welcoming, also very quick to respond if we needed any help. Not more to say than it was really just perfect for us!! I can see it can appeal to families as there is space for an extra kids bed setup!

Pros: The apartment was in a very central location with the historic centre to be only a couple of minutes walk. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and bars which makes it ideal for a night out. Our apartment was very clean and had also all white appliances of a big house. Netflix and local TV channels were provided for free.

Cons: Some of the streets are a bit dodgy with no lights making it very unsafe if you park your car outside and not in a secured private parking. We had a broken window on our second day losing our sunglasses which we had left in the car. Other than that we felt safe walking with small kids even late at night.

5 star location

Pros: Studio Apartment was in a nice location, the district was very artsy with lovely little cafes and bars, view of the Acropolis was nice too, managed to park our car right outside the entrance.

Clean and spacious apartment for 2 people, great location too!

Pros: Excellent location! Only a 7 minute walk to the metro and on a quiet street. The apartment was clean and having two balconies was lovely!

Cons: The aircon could have been abit stronger, but it might have been due to our unfamiliarity with how to operate it properly.
