Absolute Athens XII

Pros: Good location, easy to reach, walking distance to the main points of the city. Apartment is clean, fresh and have all the necessary equipment for the comfortable stay. Great communication with the host adds valuable recommendations.

Cons: We were enjoying our stay in Athenes, no complains

Great stay - great location.

Pros: Great location, clean and well-appointed. Also has a lift, is quiet due to good sound proof doors and windows. We really enjoyed staying in the property.

Cons: We found the beds a little firm.

good location, good apartment in the city

Pros: great location and central to everything, couple of nice bars and cafes near by. front desk were really helpful and great looked after our bags while we went site seeing. room was fine and kitchen was good.

Cons: we had to wait a long time for the host to help us get in and it was a bit rough around the edges in the area. we were waiting outside with the kids and was very hot. the lift is tiny and a bit sketchy. there are obivously a lot of holiday lets as there were lots of people coming and going.

Pros: Size, modern facilities, value for money. Great aircon. Best accommodation we stayed in Europe.

Perfect apartment

Pros: The apartment is perfect, just like in the pictures. It’s light with lots of windows and spacious. They had left plenty of towels and even slippers. The area is great, there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by and it’s feels quite local in a good way despite being a close walk from main attractions

Pros: We had such a great time at Absolute Athens XII. The apartment itself is spacious, with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms, which was very convenient. The location is perfect, only an eight-minute walk from the Acropolis and close to public transportation, cafes, and restaurants. The team was great and helped us with everything we needed.

Great location, beautiful safe and clean apartment with super helpful staff.

Pros: Property was clean, modern, well located and safe. Everything you needed and some unexpected extras. Some drinks, fruit and snacks were left for us, nice bath products and room slippers. Towels, plentiful, fluffy and fresh. We expected a laundry to wash our clothes, but instead were provided with a laundry service, where laundry was collected, washed dried and returned clean and folded in 2 hours, at no extra cost, wonderful surprise service. Staff were super helpful, provided us lots of information and advice about Greece, where to find things and were always very responsive on chat with any questions we had about anything. Even assistance in contacting our pre booked pick up car when we were unable to reach them. Highly recommend them for your Athens stay. Location so close to everything too. Pros: Clean, spacious and well located. Staff very friendly and helpful, also provided a free laundry service. Comfy beds and lots of air conditioning.

Pros: Could not rate this place high enough. An exceptional apartment with all amenities, plenty of towels. Fresh fruit and bread on arrival. Communication was excellent. Loved the location.

Pros: Great location, close to Acropolis and all Athens had to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the right amenities. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend and would stay again.
