Nice but needs some improvements to be perfect

Pros: Wifi works perfectly The kitchen is well equipped The bath room is nice too and shower is great with hot water. The overall look and feel of the place is great, spacious and cosy The location close to transportation (bus and tram) is interesting when you want to be next to the marina. It's a pleasant and confortable flat

Cons: There are a few things to improve: -The lack of written information : you should have a paper explaining where to find what! (Button to push for hot water, wifi codes, smart tv which only works with subscribtion to Netflix or prime video! ). -The fact that you have a beautiful smartTV which does not work when you have no subscription to a private channel is really annoying. -The quality of the bedding is not good. -the foot panel of the bed is held in place with tape. You should repair it.

Pros: Die Lage war fenpmenal, fünf Minuten zum Strand, alle wichtigen Busse und Trams vor der tür.

Cons: Das Bett, war leider für zwei Personen nicht geeignet, man rollt immer in dei Motte.

Pros: 在一楼，有个小花园可以晾晒衣服。卫生间干湿分离。有空调、烤箱、冰箱、锅碗瓢盆。没有洗衣机。房东人很好。距离海边步行7分钟，是个适合窝在海滩的休闲民宿。

Cons: 增加一个洗衣机就完美了，手洗衣服好累。
