Pros: The location is excellent, couldn't be better. Very modern and clean,excellent beds,very comfy.

Cons: The cleaning could be better,nothing major but the skirting boards were covered in dust,I think it needs a good deep clean every few weeks. The down side and would possibly put me off staying again is a nightclub directly below and we couldn't sleep until after 2am every night. This is not the owners fault I know. No people noise just the heavy beat of the music.

Cons: WiFi was a bit sluggish. No kitchen towel. No ice tray. A micro wave would have been useful.

Pros: Easy to find, host communicated promptly. The apartment was spotless, exactly like the photos. Right in the heart of Athens, very convenient location close to all restaurants and shopping.

great loctaion apartment on a small busy street

Pros: the apartment is in a perfect location just in the middle of everything. 100 m to Ermou and Stingmata. it is not big but welll eqiped comfortable beds. the batroom is not so convenient with open shower that leak water

Cons: noise from the busy street below. the apartnent is on the first floor batroom

We did have a great stay here and the well appointed apartment was perfect.

Pros: Location was fabulous and did love having the washing machine and dryer although some working instructions in English would have helped.

Cons: The entrance and stairs are filthy and smell. Certainly not ‘luxury’. Also not sure the hot water system is very helpful to tourists when half an hour is required each time for it to heat up.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location and only a few minutes walk from Syntagma metro. Good bakers immediately across the small street from the apartment. Balcony to people watch. Two bedrooms as we were two single friends (not wishing to share!). Easy walk or metro to the main sights of Athens.

Cons: Minor criticism is that the wardrobe in the double bedroom did not have space high enough to hang dresses. Also a bottle of water in the fridge would have been good for late arrivals.
