Cons: Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας χρειάζεται φρεσκάρισμα, όπως και η πόρτα εισόδου... Η παραλαβή των κλειδιών από κλειδοθήκη ήταν εύκολη, παρότι περίεργη η θέση στο απέναντι πεζοδρόμιο ...
