The Athenian Chic Elegant Apartments in Kolonaki

Pros: The apartment was really nice and newly renovated, and its location was perfect.

Cons: As the apartments are still new, I believe they could be slightly improved. There is a coffee machine, but no cups to drink the coffee. Why would we be asked to throw the trash before we leave? It doesn't make a lot of sense to have to throw the trash when we have a flight to catch should be included in the post check out cleaning. I believe the floors could have been a bit cleaner they felt a bit dusty, and maybe add a table or 2 chairs in the balcony. The door made a very strong noise when opening as it touched the floor. And the place is not soundproof, as we woke up to the sound of people trying to enter the next-door apartment through the keypad.

A most comfortable, clean and modern apartment in central Athens!

Pros: The location of this apartment and the way this apartment has been designed. It has a clean, modern look and feel that I really liked with a small living room with a small dining table option. The bedrooms were also done up well and so were the 2 bathrooms. We were there for only 2 nights but it was a comfortable stay

Cons: While the instructions for getting the digital access and the key were laid out with videos, we still had issues opening the door. and since we were not sure how hard to press because the door was not budging, we had to wait outside the apartment for a while. And since it happened to be a Sunday (and no reception ), getting through to get some help was not easy. They responded on seeing my messages and voicemails and we managed to open with a physical key for the rest of our stay. The lock needs to be checked, especially because there’s no access to any person should someone get stuck like this

Pros: Καθαρο, προσεγμένο , τελεια διακοσμηση , μεγαλα δωματια, μπανια, με είδη μπανιου και πετσετες! Πραγματικα ηταν αριστο!

Cons: Φασαρια στις νυχτερινες ωρες ξημερωματα απο τον πανω οροφο! Κυριακη πρωι αξημερωτα και ακουγα να σερνουν καρεκλες , τραπεζια , τακουνια στο πατωμα! Ηθελα να ειχε ποτηρια νερου και καφε , καθως και κουταλακια ωστε να εξυπηρετηθουμε, εφοσον το καταλυμμα διαθέτει καφετιερα! Μου ζητηθηκε να δωσω σε φωτογραφια ευαισθητα προσωπικα δεδομεμα , οπως το διαβατηριο μου κατι που αυστηρά απαγορεύεται απο το νομο, καθως και φωτογραφια προσωπου μου! Εφοσον ο οικοδεσποτης θελει ταυτοποίηση, ας εισελθει στο check in για να κανει Επιτοπου ελεγχο στα προσωπικα δεδομενα μας!
