Excellent stay in a very comfortable and beautiful accommodation.

Pros: Excellent and very warm accommodation with very beautiful decoration. The location is excellent as you are in Koukaki, a beautiful neighborhood, lively and very close to the Acropolis and the old city. The view from the unusually large terrace is excellent! Very friendly hosting that truly attended to our needs.

Perfect family accommodation

Pros: Great location. Very large and comfortable accommodations. Many food and drink options near by. Easy walk to Acropolis.

Cons: Very narrow street. Very hard to load and unload luggage

Great location and artwork

Pros: Within walking distance of the Acropolis and many restaurants. Also found a wonderful bakery which had some awesome gluten-free bread. Fotini, Mr. Dimitris’ assistant, met us when we arrived and was warm and welcoming. Loved the artwork in the penthouse.

Cons: To see the Acropolis you had to go on the roof and there were wires and antennae which obscured the view. View from the penthouse itself was of other buildings. Not as we imagined.

Amazing stay, terrific host, great value.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well equipped apartment in a fun neighborhood. It's close to everything, easy walk to Acropolis, to the park, to the Metro (Syntagma -Fix) and to buses/tram. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment itself is beautiful, renovated, well set up, and was very comfortable to our family with four kids. The host put a lot of effort to make us comfortable and feel welcomed, with multiple gestures of hospitality (replenishing nespresso capsules for instance) and we were very appreciative. We spent 6 nights there and truly enjoyed it. We would absolutely recommend it for a family or for a group travelling together and if we came back to town we'd love to stay here again. Truly a gem and Dmitri was very accommodating and helpful.
