Optimal Point - Spacious Koukaki Apt

Pros: Spacious apartment with many amenities. Central location to attractions. Very responsive and friendly host

Cons: The water heater had to be turned on and off according to the host's instructions which was not ideal when 4 people stay.

Great location, spacious modern apartment in a great location.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Newly renovated, modern spacious accommodation with lots of space for two couples. The location was ideal for walking to all places of interest, safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. George, the host, was fantastic- arranged a taxi transfer, property was ready early for us and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent location and very comfortable stay!

Pros: We stayed with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The host is very approachable and incredibly helpful. He was able to deal with any small issues very efficiently. It definitely made our stay very comfortable.

Cons: The apartment itself is very nice, clean and spacious with all basic enmities, however he entrance to the building requires some work

Pros: Everything was really nice and clean. There were many bakeries around so it was located perfectly for ours quick morning breakfast. The stay was overall amazing. I recommend!

Nice stay in Athens!

Pros: The location is very good. It’s in a safe neighbourhood with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Also it’s close to Acropolis. The apartment is clean and spacious. You have everything you need. The host is always in touch with clear instructions.

Cons: The only problem I had was the pillow. It would be useful to have more mirrors.

Great stay in heart of Athens

Pros: A cosy appartment in great neigborhood. Perfect to visit Athens. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. Store in the same building.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja mieszkania w Atenach pod względem turystyki. Przestrzeń 70m2 mieszkania. Wygodne łóżka i bardzo przyjemna pościel. Ładna łazienka, ale pozostająca wilgoć będzie robiła swoje... Rolety w oknach, dzięki czemu jest cicho i ciemno w nocy. Pod domem niedrogi market oraz mała piekarnia z pysznościami. W niedalekiej odległości różne knajpki i restauracje. Niezbyt ładna okolica, ale bezpieczna. W kuchni wszystko, czego potrzeba w mieszkaniu. Blisko życia stałych mieszkańców. Nasz pobyt w tym miejscu był udany.

Cons: Drobne uwagi, które nie przeszkadzały zbytnio: wyposażenie kuchenne dobre dla 3-4 gości, warto uzupełnić, mniejszy z pokojów zbyt ascetyczny, warto dodać jakieś dodatkowe oświetlenie wieczorowe. Boiler wymagający nadzoru w kwestii włączania/wyłączania.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, within walking distance of the historic center, and very good value for money.

Pros: - Excellent bakery with good coffee just downstairs - Supermarket next door and more nearby - Many good restaurants close by and on the way to Plaka - Very close to Plaka, the Acropolis and a sunset viewpoint - Easy access to the tram to the seaside (about 30 minutes) - Very responsive owner

Cons: - Winter stay: heating warms the air, but the apartment can still feel cold (windows, cold floors) — quite typical for Greece, more a note for sensitive guests - Street noise at night (one bedroom faces the street); bakery below can also be heard — something to consider if you are sensitive to noise - No shower curtain, which makes keeping the bathroom dry difficult
