Plato - Acropolis Residence Apartment

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent - quiet, safe, very close to the centre of Athens and public transport. The flat is spacious and comfy, the kitchen is well equipped. There are several supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

A perfect based for more that 2 people

Pros: Fantastic location only 15 mins walk from the Acropolis and Plaka area of Athens. Very spacious apartment with very comfortable beds, some parts are a bit shabby such as the balcony but we were only using it as a base for 4 nights. All communication was received via booking.com with the exception of a text with the key box number (once a deposit was paid) . The instructions on how to enter the apartment was clear enough but we did find ourselves hunting about in the dark, we found it amusing like a treasure hunt. We did not meet the host and there was not the handover we are used to but I will still recommend the apartment based on size and location.

Cons: A few bits are a bit tired, balcony, a few cracked floor tiles but otherwise very good.

Perfect Athens apartment

Pros: Beautiful decor, comfy beds, convenient and well-priced

Cons: Only minor stuff, like door hinges need oiling, and handheld shower.

Spacious apartment with view of acropolis

Pros: Central location in Athens in a nice neighborhood with approachable and attentive hosts. Short walking distance to the historic center. Well equipped spacious air-conditioned apartments. Everything extra that we needed was provided to us on request.

Cons: Nothing major, just the absence of bedside lamps was a little inconvenient. Also the key box was a little hard to find.

Good value stay in a wonderful location.

Pros: The location was excellent. Close to trolley bus and metro and it’s a safe and authentic neighbourhood with great eateries without the busyness or touristy nature of Plaka. Also loved having washing machine and balcony to hang out clothes.

Cons: They could have provided more bowls and possibly tissue paper. Handheld shower was also weird

Wonderful comfortable stay in great location

Pros: The location was excellent close to a number of great restaurants and cafes, supermarket and the. acropolis . A bonus is that the apartment is on level 4 but it has a lift so we did not have to carry our luggage’s up

Pros: Review for Plato Apartment, Athens We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Plato apartment in the heart of Athens! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to all the main attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook and feel right at home, and the balcony provided a lovely space to relax with a beautiful mountain view. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mrs. Dimitra and the entire team managing the apartment. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or needs we had. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable. I can’t wait to come back to this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

Very spacious stay in a lovely area, close to all attractions you want to see in Athens.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay and especially the area. Just a block away is a street full of wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed the street market right outside the apartment on the Friday morning. Everything was clean and comfortable. All attractions is walking distance from the apartment. Check in and check out was easy

Cons: Need a bit of work on all the door handles and maybe put a bracket higher up to use the shower standing up.

Pros: Big Apartment fully furnished, great for a City Trip with a small group. Would recommend.
