Pros: A very spacious and well maintained apartment at a good location in Athens. Very ggod support from the caretaker/onwer

Amazing, would book again!

Pros: We loved the Athenian House — it truly felt like a home away from home. We’re a family of five and it was perfect for us, with plenty of space for everyone. The washing machine was a total game changer! The location in the amazing Koukaki area was ideal, surrounded by cool local bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from the buzz of Plaka and the Acropolis and all the other places amazing Athens has to offer. Highly recommended.

Cons: The kitchen could use a bit of refreshing.

Wonderful location for staying in a local area but close to the acropolis.

Pros: Such a fantastic location, can walk to the Acropolis within 15 minutes. So many good restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Supermarket, pharmacy etc all nearby. So much space - 2 bedrooms plus a large living room for relaxing and outdoor patio: the space was perfect for our family with everything we needed.

Cons: Wifi was a little hit or miss.

Lovely apartment, anonymous and unresponsive administrators

Pros: Lovely, well equipped apartment. Very easy to access and as I arrived late at night due to delays, this was very helpful.

Cons: The property is lovely. The team behind the property are not the most responsive. Had there been an issue with accessing the property arriving so late, I think I’d have been left unanswered. I thought I’d left my iPhone chargers there and emailed…tumbleweed but they were very quick to try and flog me services I didn’t request…

A proximity to the Acropolis

Pros: Very clean and well equipped apartment. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and everything worked.

Cons: Noise... the noise from outside was audible, the weekdays were noisier than the weekends. Closing the doors in the hallway helped.

Pros: Air conditioning great as very hot in August. Lovely lounge area with sofa bed & two other rooms, not massive but enough space. Well equipped and great pickup / drop off from airport in new spacious Mercedes and helpful driver who contacted us via WhatsApp when we landed. It was late so he waited until we had opened the key box and entered the property.

Cons: Shower head needs attention, elastic band didn’t work so had to hold shower head. Toilet seat wobbly. Would like to have had a warning of sprinkler in garden area - we got wet & table too wet to use after.

Perfect for a short break in Athens

Pros: Ground floor apartment in the Koukaki area just a short walk from shops and restaurants and quite close to the metro and Acropolis museum. The house was traditional in style but with a big modern bathroom and 2 good size bedrooms. There was also a little inner courtyard. It was well equipped. Communication was good and the staff were helpful in sending details about our stay and organising a transfer to the port.

Cons: The front door felt a bit flimsy, not like a regular external door, but in general it felt safe and was in a quiet residential area.

A great place to stay in Athens. Short stroll to everything and a great neighbourhood with bars and cafes.
