Pros: The communication and location was excellent .Everything was straight forward.. Apartment was a god size clean and cosy! We definitely will choose it again.

Cons: I missed day light inside but it wasn't a problem because it was plenty of it outside .

Very nice location with a good size of apartment

Pros: Location for sure and the size of the apartment You can basically walk to the central spots and Kolonaki area is lively, nice and decent - with many things to do with easy access.

Cons: I stayed in March and the A/Cs were not sufficient for heating the house. The bathroom and the entrance hall were freezing. And in the rooms, there were additional electrical heaters but there were no instructions (neither in the rooms nor online in their digital portal) on how to even switch them on. My first night was really cold as I could not switch on the electrical heaters upon my arrival at midnight - also because the A/C in the bedroom was not working. Maria from the Upstreet team is quite helpful but I had to wait for a bit long for getting a response and/or support.

Pros: While staying, I had a problem with the automatic lock, and the Upstream team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue smoothly. It was my second time staying in the apartment, and it will be one of my first choices in the future. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking from the nearest metro station and the city centre.
