Perfect!

Pros: One of the best places I've ever stayed. Clean, functional, elegant and fully equipped. Very centrally located in chic Kolonaki. Ms Eirini was a very cooperative and nice host. Thank you so much, I will return soon.

Perfect place for a few days stay.

Pros: Second time in Lycabettus exclusive apartments. Plaka and Acropolis area appr 20 mins on foot, Syntagma 10 mins - close to the center but more quiet. Carefour express 50m. Almost fully equipped kitchen, not only towels but slippers also included. And finally, a shower cubicle that's spacious enough that I don't bang my elbow/head etc. :) Pictures shows reality.

Cons: The only thing I can mention trashbins could be bigger.

Cons: It seems biggest and brighter on the pictures, but all in all good anyway, perfect for a couple or 3 people

Cosy stay for weekend or business travelers!

Pros: The property location is ideal if you want to be close to the city centre. At the same time, it’s extremely quiet with zero disturbances! Also the apartment is fully equipped if you want to cook at home!

I am satisfied with the accommodation, I am glad I chose it.

Pros: It was perfect for our few days trip to Athens. The building is quiet, with easy access to the Syntagma. The kitchen has all the essential kitchen appliances, and smokers can use the balcony. The host was quick to answer my questions.

Cons: The key safe was a little difficult to open.

Great communication with owner, lovely apartment within walking distance of attractions.

Pros: Close to restaurants, high end shopping,laundromat and within a 20 minute walk to most things. Coffee shop downstairs on corner. Beautiful decor, felt safe, lovely stay. Host was very obliging and made sure we had everything we needed.

Fancy apartment

Pros: Nice apartment, well equipped kitchen and in the most prosperous neighborhood of Athens.

Cons: Pillows were two big for us and a bit noisy due to the location.

Pros: Location and size were great! On the large side for Athens. The mattress was super comfortable as well as towels etc. were very fancy.

Cons: I didnt like the carpets - the flat doesn't need them and the make it feel very wintery.

Pros: The apartment is well equipped. The location is good, quiet area, nice neighborhood, few minutes walking distance from the center

Cons: There isn't metro station nearby. The apartment doesn't look like the photos in the App.

Nice stay

Pros: Renovated flat on the 3rd floor in a nice neighbourhood. Very close to the main square (650 metres) and the city's main attractions. Excellent WiFi. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Great communication with the host.

Cons: No possibility to leave luggage in the flat or building after check-out. Inappropriate bathroom lighting – it consists of two large bulbs hanging on a rope from the ceiling and positioned very close to the sink and water.
