Great stay

Pros: Cosy and nice property Easy self check in Well located very central

Cons: The terrasse is very dusty ( floor and furnitures ) - would need to be deeply cleaned Curtain shower to short, difficult to not have water everywhere

Excellent value for money apartment for one or two people

Pros: The terrace is amazing and makes the apartment twice the size it would otherwise be. The apartment is small but has everything you need.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard and bumpy, and the terrace furniture could have been more comfy too.

Tolle Lage und tolle Aussicht

Pros: Die Lage ist absolut top, nah an der U-Bahn, aber vor allem sind alle Orte fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem ist es eine sehr schöne Gegend. Das absolute Highlight war der Balkon, riesengroß, gemütlich und ein wunderbarer Blick über die Stadt. Einen ganz besonderen Blick hat man auch aus dem Fenster, direkt auf den Lycabettus Berg.

Pros: We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was perfect for us. We loved the terrace and the location of the apartment. It is a clean location with all the necessary facilities for both short and long stays. The communication with the host was easy and clear. We would definitely like to come back.

Cons: We have no complains at all. We had everything we needed and more.

Pros: Good value for the price, has necessary amenities, clean. The balcony in warm weather was perfect to relax. Location is pretty good — 10 min walk away from the subway, the disctrict is calm and quiet.

Cons: Some things promised in the welcome message weren’t found. Like laundry detergent or iron as promised in the listing. The key to the apartment was a little crooked, which caused a little trouble at the beginning, then we figured it out. The self check-in instructions weren’t clear enough: didn’t mention the apartment was on the top floor that doesn’t have elevator, but luckily we got to the second last floor on an elevator and lifted our suitcases up one level.

Kolonakissa on kivaa!

Pros: Aivan huippu sijainti. Kivenheiton päässä Syntagmalta. Keskellä Kolonakia, lyhyt matka Exercaiaan. Parveke upea. Moni asia oli paremmin kuin monista valituksista pystyi päättelemään. Pikku vikoja oli, mutta nythän ollaan Kreikassa.

Cons: Korvatulpat tarpeen. Vilkas katu pitää ääntä aamusta alkaen. Omituinen takka kannattaisi heivata pois. Jääkaapin pakastelokero pitäisi sulattaa. Nykyinen tila on karsea energiasyöppö. Myös suihkuverho on hyvin persoonallinen.

Pros: Super schöner und sehr großer Balkon, der Kontakt zu der Verwaltung funktioniert sehr schnell und effektiv.

Cons: Die Dusche ist fast nicht benutzbar, da winzig klein. Es fehlen ein Schneidebrett, Wassergläser und Geschirrhandtücher in der Küche
