Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The place was absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and very comfortable. The location is amazing, with easy access to everything we needed, making our trip so convenient and enjoyable. The host was fantastic — incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. They made us feel very welcome and were always available to answer any questions. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: 31one Kolonaki Apartment is a prime location apartment with an exceptional host. Kolonaki is a safe, upscale neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and bars. The apartment was impeccably clean and stylishly modern, with a welcoming, happy-to-be-here vibe. It was well-equipped with contemporary amenities, making for a comfortable, convenient stay. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly, consistently attentive to ensure our comfort. This apartment will always be my first choice.

Pros: I recently stayed in 31one Kolonaki Apartment and had a fantastic experience. The neighborhood is one of the most renowned areas of Athens, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and stylishly decorated. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and always responsive. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return anytime!

Pros: The property is very chic and elegant, located in a prime area of Athens, and walking distance from all touristic and local attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and sightseeing destinations. The host (Ms.Maria) is very attentive and kind.
