Pros: Very clean and comfortable place. 10 minutes from Dafni Metro station and Sklavenitis Supermarket. Very quiet. Self check in, even in the night. Very comfortable bed and lost of sockets for charging.

Cons: Very small cups for tea. Drain in the shower isn't working properly, water sometimes floods the floor.

Overall: not a bad option for the price, but with a few improvements it could be much better

Pros: The communication with the hosts was good – they were polite, responsive, and helpful when we arrived to find that some bedding was missing (there were fewer sets than the number of guests booked). The apartment is newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and there were several types of pillows available. The location is convenient, about 5–7 minutes from Dafni metro and bus stops, in a quiet and tidy neighborhood.

Cons: On the negative side, I stayed on the ground floor near the entrance, and the door let through a lot of noise – I could hear people coming back late at night. Another odd detail was that for 6 people staying 4 nights in 2 apartments, we were provided only one roll of toilet paper per apartment, which was far from enough. We had to buy more ourselves. Never ever had this experience in Europe:)

Pros: New renovated home, comfortable bed, pretty designed with stunning view from rooftop on Acropolis. About 8 minutes walk to metro Dafni. It is great location with supermarkets, taverns and coffees nearby.

Cons: The kitchen could be better equipped - knife for bread and vegetable, some cups for tea or coffee, cutting board will be helpfull and also dish towel is necessary for me. The building has thin walls, so you can always hear everyone coming and going.

Pros: Very convenient and quiet, yet close to the roads that take you directly to Athens or Glyfada and Alimos. Lovely self contained flat.

Cons: The bathroom smelled a bit sometimes, it could do with the pipes being cleaned out as the sink and shower were slow to allow water to escape.

Highly recommended

Pros: Easy check-in process. It was very clean, well equipped with new items. I liked how spacious the room was. Location: In a QUIET & SAFE residential neighbourhood. It may be far from the city centre but there's a bus stop close by. Or you can catch a taxi. There's a 24-hour shop and a mall within walking distance. Downstairs, there's the shared laundry room, kitchen, and lounge area, which were really nicely done.

Cons: It's more of a suggestion. It would be nice to have the shower gel and shampoo bottles on the wall (maybe a dispenser or a rack) rather than having to bend down to grab them while showering.

Perfect for a few days

Pros: Great apartment with patio. Very comfortable for a few days in the city. Close to meteo station and shops.

Cons: The kitchen is not equipped well. More items would be very helpful.

Pros: The place is very spacious and everything is brand new. There’s usually parking available right in front of the entrance. It’s not equipped with all the little extras, but the price was fantastic, so it was definitely worth it.

Overall, it is a good stay. We wish that the host will give the more attetions to the small details.

Pros: The appartment is newly renovated. It is 10 minutes walking distance to metro station. Esay to find a parking spot nearby.

Cons: Our room is in the ground floor near the entrance. We could hear the door closed in the late night. It makes a lot of noises. We are four peoples for 3 nights in the hotel, but we only had one roll of toilet paper. This never happens in other hotels. The kitchen can be well equipped. We only have 4 spoons and 4 folks.

Pros: Cet avis ne vaut que pour l'appartement n°001, avec patio. Excellente localisation pour nous (quartier calme, banlieue sud, non loin du métro qui est à 5 stations du centre d'Athènes, stationnementfacile en août), mais qui peut ne pas convenir à tous. Studio très bien agencé, belle salle de bains, table intérieure et bancs permettant éventuellement de prendre des repas, tv... Patio avec une table ronde d'extérieur et deux chaises : très agréable pour les petits-déjeuners et les dîners en été. Kitchenette avec nombreux placards. Peu fréquent en Grèce : elle comporte un four à micro-ondes. Réfrigérateur petit, mais comportant un compartiment glace. Une machine à laver est disponible au sous-sol, dans l'espace commun.

Cons: Cet avis ne vaut que pour l'appartement n°001, avec patio. L'information sur cet appartement est floue sur le site de Booking. Notamment, les photos mélangent l'appartement et l'espace commun : on ne sait pas vraiment comment va être l'appartement. C'est dommage, car il est très bien. La politique de l'établissement n'est connue que quand on arrive sur place, par un document. Par exemple pas de changement de draps ou de serviettes (sauf sur demande, à titre payant) ; appartement plutôt prévu pour les moyens et longs séjours. Cette politique nous convient, à nous, mais peut déplaire à d'autres. Le principal défaut est l'absence de plaques chauffantes (donc de casserole et de poêle) dans la kitchenette ainsi que l'équipement très réduit en couverts. Pas de torchons. Incohérent avec la politique affichée des longs séjours. Autre petit inconvénient : pour nettoyer les lieux, il faut aller au sous-sol prendre le balai et le porte-serpillière mis à la disposition de tous. Ce serait mieux qu'il y en ait dans l'appartement. Pas de bacs à glaçons pour le réfrigérateur. Sans ces défauts, l'appartement vaudrait 10 sur 10 à nos yeux, voire plus !
