Ήσυχο φωτεινό δωμάτιο με βεράντα

Pros: I liked the fully equiped kitchen and friendly staff. Nea Smyrni is one of my favorite neghborhoods in Athens and I always enjoy staying in this area. Room is facing the back yard and is indeed very quiet. Its very handy that there is a washing machine, which I used on my longer stay. Property is very close to Mideas Mykalis tram stop, which helps you get to the beach or the center easily.

Cons: Bed was making noises when turning from side to side. Shower curtain needs changing. The Nespresso machine from photos was missing.

Overall, met my needs & would stay again.

Pros: Family who owned & ran property were lovely. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Kitchen supplied everything needed for cooking. Location, between Athens centre & coast, was ideal for my needs with good transport links.

Cons: Towels could have been changed more often.

Pros: Well located apartment. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Two toilets and showers. Each room has a terrace. It is located halfway between the beach and the city center. So both are quickly accessible with the nearby T6 tram. Good value for money.

Pros: Thank you for the wonderful stay. My room was very clean and pleasant and I slept well. The hostess was helpful in providing instructions to access the property. I got a bit lost, thankfully a very kind young man helped me - I wish I could thank him! Tip; property is located Dodekanisiu junctioning with Korai. The block door is down a few steps.

Can be considered for a long term also.

Pros: Everything was nice and clean, especially shared areas such as bathroom,wc,kitchen.Location is nice and easy access to tram. Silent and decent area to sleep well and safe.

Cons: Bedstead was a little noisy when you lay side to side, maybe mine had an issue or im too heavy im not sure :)

Pros: Απίστευτα τακτοποιημένος και άνετος χώρος! Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και ο κάθε χώρος πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένος. Υπήρχαν 4 δωμάτια, μια κοινή κουζίνα και δύο κοινόχρηστα μπάνια. Ήταν πολύ ήρεμα και η περιοχή πολύ καλή!

Pros: Mi a plăcut , ca e intr o zona liniștită, aproape de stația de autobuz 106, tramvai t6 cu care poți ajunge la mare sau in centru în câteva minute. Gazda foarte de treaba , camera suficienta și curata pentru o singura persoana, bucătăria la fel utilată cu de toate. Recomand 100% . De la aeroport ajungeți cu autobuz ul x96 pana la Paralia Edem unde schimbați cu tramvaiul t6. Adresa e Korai 46. ,17122

Pros: Me pareció muy limpio y adecuado por lo que puedes pasar agradables vacaciones

Cons: Todo estuvo bien

Recomano, encara que està una mica lluny de Syntagma.

Pros: Barri tranquil. Al costat del tramvia ( 25 min. A Syntagma Sq. I a 25 min de la platja). Supermercat davant de l'apartament. Recepció familiar i apartament agradable, habitació molt lluminosa i comfortable,amb aire condicionat i balcó.

Cons: Canvi d'habitació a mitja estada a habitació sense aire condicionat.
