Relaxed, clean, tidy and comfortable with all mod cons.

Pros: Firstly, the property owners try to ensure that everything is as good as possible, bearing in mind that it is budget property. They demonstrate a little Philoxenia and you are made to feel welcome. It is close to the Tram which takes you to central Athens or to the beach, so you get the best of both worlds.

Cons: The washing machine had a problem which I understand that they are addressing. The immersion water heater is not on a timer in this property and could have stayed on all day and all night if I hadn't switched it off. It could lead to higher prices unless it is kept under control by someone. Could also do with a toaster though instead of just a sandwich maker.

Nice, cozy place. The owner pays attention to small details making the stay feeling like home.

Pros: The apartment was well equipped. Starting with air-conditioning, laundry machine, continuing with kitchen utensils, plates, pots, spices, even candles and mosquito repelling spirals. It was a cozy place. Parking on the street, free of costs was a big plus.

Pros: Chambre privée dans un appartement partagé. Tout était propre et confortable. L’appartement est bien situé et à 15min du centre ville en voiture. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied de très bons restaurants et de boutiques pour le quotidien. L’hôte a été accueillante et sympathique.

Cons: Attente pour la salle de bain (nous étions plus de trois personnes)
