An absolute winner

Pros: An easy-to-access apartment offering 4 rooms with a communal shower; plenty of equipment and utensils in the communal kitchen; within a 6-minute walk of trams and buses, in a quiet neighbourhood - good to enjoy the balcony; one of the best flats we've ever stayed in.

Cons: Not a criticism, just an observation: for a warm shower, above left of the shower door is a control panel - ensure the 4th switch from left is in the raised position for hot water - takes 10 minutes - then lower it again.

Pros: Enjoyed the stay. Nice, quiet neighbourhood. Balcony surrounded with flowers. It's near the tram station and 30 minutes ride to the center of the city.

Cons: It's on the 3rd floor (european 2nd) and there's no elevator and no motion sensor light on the stairs and it gets dark so you need a flashlight in order to not trip.

Pros: I stayed in a cozy room with two beds and a shared bathroom in Greece. The room had a terrace, and while everything was simple, it was exceptionally clean. Any minor shortcomings were more than outweighed by the great price per night. Since this was my first time in Athens, I have no other places to compare, but I’m giving a high rating. Communication with the host was clear and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Tranquilo y cómodo

Pros: Muy cómodo y amplio, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y relajarse. Barrio tranquilo cerca del transporte público y con mercados y cafés cercanos

Pros: На коридоре тумблер где надо включать горячую воду. Я об этом не знала и купалась утром в холодной воде. Дверь комнаты полупрозрачная, поэтому ночью свет из коридора и соседей комнаты мешает спать

Cons: Хорошее расположение, между центром и пляжем. Оборудована кухня. Терраса.

Pros: Nagyon tetszett a hangulata, az erkély, a felszereltsége. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

Cons: Nem volt melegvíz

Fabuloso

Pros: Me gustó absolutamente todo, es que tiene de todo, y además las personas con las que compartimos eran muy respetuosas, el alojamiento siempre estaba limpio y ordenado y hay llaves para poder dejar tus cosas resguardadas, esta cerca de una avenida y de una plaza, donde tienes de todo para comer, comprar y tomar el transporte público

Prima verblijf wanneer je in Athene zit

Pros: Fijne kamer met een leuk balkonnetje. Hier hebben we vaker lekker gezeten. Gedeelde keuken is ook prima. Er is een aparte wc met daarin ook een wasmachine en een aparte badkamer + wc. Op 5 a 10 minuutjes lopen bereik je de tramhalte die je binnen 15 a 20 minuutjes het centrum inbrengt.

Cons: Het bad ziet er niet hetzelfde uit als op de foto’s. De badkuip is misschien wel een beetje aan vervanging toe. Deze vonden we namelijk niet zo heel erg proper. Voor de rest was alles prima.

Pros: Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, akit nem zavar a közös konyha, fürdőszoba használata. Az egész lakás tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt.

Cons: Bár nem a tulajdonos hibája, tájékoztatásúl - a szemközti oldalon építkezés folyik. Hétköznap reggel 7- től fúrtak- faragtak, de aki szereti a korán kelést, annak ez nem lesz gond.

Pros: It is located in a very nice area of Athens, right next to a lovely park. It is cleaned regularly and well cared for. My favorite part of the property, would have to be the hot water. The balcony is very nice as well. It is also very close to many shops and cafes. Great place to stay.
